Great Hotel
The rooms are large and i loved the water pressure. It is located off the Main Street and parking is included. The staff was polite and saw to all your needs. I felt safe staying there and will return.

Worst place I've been too ever...I've been in campgrounds that were cleaner and felt safer than this place...we had to book another hotel and leave.

Reasonably priced option in a sketchy neighborhood. The motel was fine. Simple but clean. The neighborhoodhood wasn’t great.but it’s close enough to catch an Uber to wheee you want to go.

Staff was really nice and stayed open for a late check-in (I didn’t realize they closed.) I loved to retro vibe and the room was really clean with a good AC. $12 Lyft to French quarter and parking was well-lit and in a courtyard which made it feel really safe. My only complaint was that the double bed was not super comfy... but overall a great value!

Enjoyed our stay.
We stayed on the 2nd floor/which was very clean. The staff was very nice and location is good for public transportation. Just a little walk to catch buses etc. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful service provided & very accommodating! Met the owner & mgr who were both super! The neighborhood is sketchy but they do have camera coverage all around. Parking lot in courtyard area holds a lot of water but drains pretty quickly. Super clean inside room & even smelled good (which on motels doesn't seem to be the norm from my experience)! Close to Superdome & if attend another concert there will definitely stay here again!

The motel and its staff are absolutely great -- facilities are very well-kept and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cars can be parked in the spaces well off the street, and Uber-Lyft cars are never far away. There's a terrific cafe 3-5 minutes away on foot for breakfasts. The immediate neighborhood may not be safe after dark (as are many parts of New Orleans), but we adjusted our logistics and felt perfectly fine. I would definitely stay there again with no concerns.

Hidden Gem
This is a good place to stay if you are looking to explore and enjoy New Orleans! The rooms serves it purpose as a great crash pad in between outings of exploration. Also, read the history behind the hotel....just wonderful.

If you are looking for the most modern place to stay, then no don’t stay here, but if you are looking for a clean room, with a microwave, refrigerator and tv, large bathroom and a neat terrace with tables on the second floor all for a very reasonable price with friendly staff and only a $10 Uber ride to Bourbon Street, then yes this is your place!

I enjoyed the microwave and refrigerator room was just fine except I would’ve liked a small table to write on and have a snack. The joining neighborhood was fine on one side and a larger street it was a little bit urban busy and Won would watch for safety at night. Overall I would recommend staying there yes and just be cautious.

The neighborhood was scary but he hotel itself was very nice. It had everything we needed and was clean and the room was big. Pick this place up and put it on a beach somewhere and it would be a 5 star resort. Left my truck there at the inside courtyard. Well lit. Lots of cameras. No problems. Took Uber everywhere. About a 15 minute/$9 Iber ride from everything. Bourbon St, Garden District. We were able to do and see everything. Slept like a rock. Nice and quiet.

Staff were friendly and helpful THE TWO OR THREE I spoke with but manager/owner RUDE!! Room was ok. Found Two condom wrappers in room, towels were washed but stained, mattress was ok, noticed box spring was stained/dirty, if you are a coffee drinker don’t plan on getting any till after 9 am if you stay here. Owner or manager seemed rude. I thot I had left my wallet in room and couldn’t find it, when I mentioned the fact that I found two condom wrappers and that they needed to clean rooms better he just walked off and DID NOT apologize or ask me to leave my information at front desk with a description of my wallet in case it was found. Very disappointed.

Far from the roaring crowds
Because it was the festival days i had to pay way too much to this motel which is far from the FQ. Otherwise, the staff is very nice, they try their best to help you, there is good coffee in the morning, bus stop across the street, clean sheets and towels (yet i think more detergent use both for room cleaning and laundry help). If I hadn't had to pay that much i would have given 4 stars because the place has a certain character and friendly staff.

Had a fun time
The two sisters that run the motel were great to deal with and very friendly. While the area is not the greatest, it is convenient to get to the popular sites in New Orleans.

Friendly, accommodating staff. Very easy location to get uber. In a lower income neighborhood but that didn't affect the visit. Carol was very kind, helped fulfill our requests. Can't beat the rates!

Crescent Palms is a good cheap motel but in my opinion not worth it. Their hotel staff are great but it’s the look of it. It is indeed a motel but I’ve seen some better motels than this one.

Very welcoming feeling
Absolutely loved my stay here. Very close to the Quarter. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and fresh towels delivered daily. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
