The staff was rude and didn’t seem to want to help. When I was checking out I stated that a roach was crawling in my bed and up my head board in which the front desk lady responded “why are you telling me”. I was like, well I thought you’d like to know you have roaches crawling around, but guess not! You get what you pay for I guess.

The staff at the front desk weren't friendly at all and the bathroom in our room was infested with gnats and flies. However, the breakfast they provided was great and the location of the hotel was good.

I would have given an excellant rating but unfortunately we had a large group of college kids who partied all night long rather loudly, and when I paid for a room to sleep in, I prefer to get some sleep. We also had the experience of one of these kids trying to break into our room at 4:45 am and was standing outside our door shirtless, barefoot and in underware.

Not worth the price at all. The room was dirty and you could see the sheets were barely washed if at all. The door to the room I had did not fit the doorway which allowed cold air to seep in. They also charged a 15 dollar hidden parking fee.

When we arrived at the desk we were not made to feel welcome. Our room was dirty with miss matched, damaged furniture. There was mold in the shower and the shower pressure was terrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. One good thing were the gentleman working the breakfast were kind. The yogurt was a month outdated.

The rooms size does not match the photos at all. Extremely small rooms. Barely enough space to walk between dressers and beds. Very disappointed not meet expectations for the price. Should have been $150.00 per night not $300.00 . Can hear every noise from outside and can hear some from other rooms. First night could not run a/c because it sucked in cigarette smoke and other smells from outside. Property was being worked on with scaffolding in the way. Paid $15.00 per night to park and had to park far away from our room. Beds were extremely lumpy with humps in the middle. Saw bugs crawling up the walls. Pictures on website in no way matches actuality. Would not recommend to anyone.

We like to walk places and that part of Nashville is not very pedestrian-friendly, lots of loud, fast-moving vehicles, not great sidewalks, etc. But proximity to Music Row is nice and the staff are friendly and have a "family" feel which we appreciate; the fresh omelette option at breakfast was a treat!

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's complimentary breakfast. With a wide selection of hot and cold items, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and waffles, there was something to satisfy every palate. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring the city.

The hotel's location couldn't be more perfect – right in the heart of downtown Nashville, within walking distance of many attractions and landmarks. My wife and I returned to our room one afternoon to get a little rest before going out for the evening when sounds of pounding could be heard outside our room. Upon investigation, a crew was tearing up the concrete walkway outside our room and installing makeshift supports to prevent the walkway from collapsing! Plywood was laid down over newly exposed holes in the walkway just outside our door that were big enough to fall through. Not only was this a safety issue, the noise from the repair work just outside our room made our stay extremely unpleasant. The hotel management made no effort to compensate for this situation.

15 minute walk to broadway, gym about 8 minutes walk away. Bars to pre-game or post-game across the street. No complaints at all, definitely will be back

We stayed here for a cheer comp. Overall, the room was clean, bed was comfy. I have slept on worse. Because its in the city it was very noisy but that is to be expected. I just drowned it out with keeping the heat/air unit on. Overall, happy with our stay.

Bathroom was nicely remodeled. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Chair and ottoman in room needs to be replaced, it appeared to be dirty. Pool was not vacuum.

It was like they sprayed the bedding with febreeze or some kind of perfume. It was gross and the lady at the front in the day was very unfriendly

Convenient location in Downtown Nashville. Easy walk to attractions. Only about a mile walk to Broadway district. The staff were friendly & accommodating. It wasn’t real fancy or updated. It looked like they were in the process of updating. It served the purpose for our stay.

We made a late night reservation after attending a concert in Nashville booking through the app. Everything went smooth, checked in after midnight with no issues. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff were dismissive. Handed me my key and never explained I needed to go outside to the elevator. Never mentioned breakfast or the hours and when we asked for restaurant recommendations they just pointed across the street. The room was clean enough but so small. I feel like they may have better ions but not for Expedia clients. Check out at 11:00 just about ready and they knocked on the door at 11:01….we were out byb11:03. All in all VERY disappointing
