Definitely not worth the price. Floor greasy, toilet had no seat and flush button was partially broken. Asked about fixing toilet and they said they would get someone to look at it. No alternative room was offered, and no further mention or action regarding toilet over 3 days. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which means if you're doing tours you're already gone. Enquired if they do a packed breakfast and they said yes, I was left a banana and a small packet of toast with a pot of jam in a paper bag at reception. Area around the hotel is not the best.

Small hotel in Naples. Very well located near the main train station and the smaller ones that also goes toward Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. Simple but very nice.

The breakfast was a great spread. Would have been nice to have towels changed after a few days. Taxi drivers often had difficulty finding the hotel as it is located in a run down area, but we felt safe. The staff were incredibly helpful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were simple but very adequate and clean. Location was great. Breakfast on the roof was wonderful as many have mentioned.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel and we're very happy with the room. Small size but very clean, nice AC, excellent breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk to thetrain station to Vesuvius and 10 minutes to the ferry port. Close to the old city live. Recommend strongly! 👍

Location is great . Close to center city. Our kids are teenagers and they were fine but would not feel the same with young kids. Be careful with parking . Although the hotel provided the garage parking. The rental car was bumped and scratched on both sides! The front desk staff very friendly and helpful .

Very convenient for local transport. Helpful friendly staff who spoke English. Good breakfast. Surrounding area shabby at best but typical of Italian cities. We chose for convenient transport links and were not disappointed.

Lovely little hotel central Naples. Clean Friendly staff Good breakfast on the rooftop. Sadly Naples is a broken city piled with rubbish, old broken public transport and a general air of neglect with an underlying feeling of not being safe. Historical sites are neglected. Catch train to Pompaii is a good way to get out of town and it's worth a visit. No restaurants near hotel but 10miin walk to Spaccanapoli which is a decent street of bars and restaurants.

Not worthy physical premises.
Hotel facility is a dump, not worthy of 50.00 per night. In an ugly neighborhood. I overpaid. Elevator is like 100 years old, can take only one person and one suitcase at a time. Room very small. Shower stall a joke l, designed for miniature people. Breakfast is on 5th floor, not accessible by elevator. Whie staff was very nice, the facility is the worst I have ever been in.

Booked this hotel as not expensive and centrally located (about 20 min walk from old and Spanish quarters). Nice, clean and modern hotel but rooms a little on the small side (just enough space for a double bed) although did have separate bathroom. Pleasant room for breakfast that had a good choice, although no hot food.

Nice gem in napoli
This hoyel was more than expected. It was supposed to be a 1 nighter, on the way. It really impressed us. Staff courtesy is maximal, they really pyt an effort in making you feel welcome. The room is quite small as the halls and 'make shift"elevator, but that subsides as you roll in and make comfrortable. Breakdast on the top floor terrace is very nice and tasty with an assortment to choose from while viewing the rural life (you see the close rooftops)

Great Stay
Great location just below the Centro Storico, and within easy walking distance of the circumvesuvio train and the main station. Fantastic customer service from the three girls who seem to run the place (!) - super helpful and efficient. Breakfast on the terrace is a real treat.

Not a good naborhood, but walking distance to train station and shopping. Excellent breakfast included. Staff kept luggage after checkout till we were done and ready to go. Hotel should invest in USB ports for international travellers.

Good place to sleep when doing day trips
It is a fair hotel. Well located for transport into Pompei and Ercolano. Room is small and double bed was made out of 2 single beds together. Pillows were good. The blinds are excellent, block light completely. The shower is small but good pressure. The amenities were shampoo and conditioner together, shower gel, bar of soap, shower cap. Breakfast is simple, but always had fresh fruit and savoury and sweet breads, cereal, juice from carton, ham and cheese and Parma ham, butter is real butter. Coffees made to order. The area where the hotel is located is uninteresting and not much nearby, can feel unsafe but I don’t think it is actually unsafe. We circulated on foot a lot, nothing happened. There is a tube station nearby as well.

Great small hotel!
I shall definitely stay at this hotel again when next in Naples! The staff are friendly and helpful, the room was excellently cleaned, there was a welcoming gift on arrival, the room facilities are very good, breakfast was generous and tasty, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the main sights. The neighbourhood is quieter than much of Naples - except when Napoli beat Juventus! - and there is a decent pizzeria across the square. Definitely recommended!

Superb Hotel, if not in the best looking area, only 10 mins from the port and the main railway station ,not to far from shops, bars and restaurants, Staff were very friendly, only small complaint was black mark on bedsheets and on a towel, but would use again

The staff is friendly and helpful. This property is walkable to shopping and downtown area and is safe. Breakfast was good. Though room was small but Good value for the money you spent.

Worst Customer service hotel I ever seen. They made a mess of my booking and made me lost the full amount of a night because a miscommunication between their staff. Go away from this hotel!!!!!

Lovely Place
I highly recommend this hotel. I love the staff they went above and beyond our needs and were extremely friendly and extremely helpful of the local area. They made us feel like home. My only issue with the hotel is that the bed was not comfortable I told the staff and they did arrange to try to fix it but in the end it was still the same I think it’s just because it was an old mattress nothing against the staff or anyone at the hotel everything else is amazing and the breakfast was very good.

Very nice stay
The staff at this hotel is very friendly and accommodating. Every day, Rosaria made sure that everything was okay. Also, I am Celiac and she went above and beyond to search for gluten free restaurants for me. On the day of my departure, because I was leaving so early in the AM, she packed a gluten free bag of goodies for me. Enzo and Gianluca were very nice as well. The hotel is very clean and. Conveniently located to the ports and Centroid Storico. I will definitely be back.

What a breakfast and terrace
Best part was breaky on terrace iverliijung vesuvius..breakfast was amazing too with lots of local pastries meats and fruit. One of the best food in my stay even at places 2 x price. Very helpful owner too

Be ready for the surroundings of the hotel 😬 It can look « unusual » as the old Naples is looking « old » Hotel is ok, rooms ok, if you get a balcony that’s great Breakfast terrasse is good
