My brother and I were quite pleased by our one night stay at Napa Valley Inn & Suites. The location is in the center of town convenient to many eating and business places. The hotel has been nicely renovated. Carpets are due for upgrade but everything else has been taken care of. Nice beds. The host, Gary, was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. We look forward to staying there again!

This is an old motel renovated. We had no intension of staying in the hotel, but only to sleep. It was clean and met this objective.

The downtown location of this hotel was great . The staff was very helpful. The room was nice enough, but the bed was hard as a rock and the lack of insulation between the rooms made it so that you could hear complete conversation going on next door.

Staff were friendly and check in and out was efficient and easy. Room was basic and clean. Everything worked with no issues. It was located in a great spot close to downtown but not in the middle of the noise, tourists and etc- very walkable to all areas of downtown. It’s not the boutique hotel experience, but for the good price you pay, it checked all the boxes for a decent clean room in a safe neighborhood and close proximity to downtown shops and restaurants. Would stay again. The only improvement I would recommend is maybe herbal tea in the room and small bagged basic breakfast in the morning for travelers ( granola bar, fruit, pastry , bottle/box of juice )

Although this hotel is older it was clean and comfortable and quiet. You can't beat the location. It's very close to shopping, eating and the Uptown theater. The front desk staff was kind and quickly checked us in. Would definitely stay again.

Quite possibly the worst hotel on planet earth
This hotel is absolutely disgusting. For $350 a night you would expect them to vacuum the carpet and not have stains all over the place. The room smells as if somebody took a piss on the floor and they mixed it with ball sweat. The room is damp and the whole place is dingy. It sounds like it’s made out of paper mache as you can hear word somebody says through the night. I’ve stayed at nicer crack dens. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location but I’d rather walk through a dessert barefoot to get downtown then stay at this place. Proceed with caution!
