Love the hot tub
Nice hotel! Love the hot tub. More hotels should have hot tubs these days. Hotel is dated and could use some updates.s Would stay here again.

The room was the cleanliest I’ve seen around in a while, but a spec! The indoor pool and hottub are great for the cold weather and the staff is very welcoming.

Very easy to find, just off the interstate. Rooms a very nice and bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good: sausage and eggs, potatoes, hot oatmeal with fixings, a variety of cereal and yogurt,fruit, and make your own waffles. I ate dinner next door called Coaches, very good with a good variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great clean hotel!
The hotel was very clean and everything felt new and updated. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was great and both myself and my teenager were full when we left!

As soon as we got to the hotel on October 22, 2022, we encountered a very incompetent front desk personel. The room 214, where we stayed, was very dirty, the carpet have lots of stains, the bed had dirty linens and the chair was full of greasy stains. I brought pictures that I took of the room to the front desk staff so they could see for themselves how filthy this room is. I asked for a price adjustment because this room isn't worth $223.00 per night. So far i have no recieved the price adjustment that was promised nor an apology from general manager Melvin Chambers.

Staff was friendly. Cookie and coffee in the lobby. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well prepared. Nice experience.

We were not impressed with the electric vehicle service. Only one station and not user friendly. We couldn’t sign up with the company’s app and had to go elsewhere for charging. Hampton inn in Grove City had 3; 2 Tesla and one other! Hampton Inns should offer the same if they promote it as a service.

The Hotel That Offers It All
This Hotel is our very favorite place to stay on our travels South. The location is enhanced by being so close to the Shelton Winery which is also one of our favorite wineries. The awesome and very helpful front Desk staff makes one feel so very welcome. Cannot say enough about the comfort and cleanliness of our room. The breakfast offered multiple and delicious choices. Cannot leave out the warmth of the fireplace/sitting area which enhances the ability for people to meet and chat AND the fashionable wine room where the exquisite wine from Shelton can be enjoyed. I cannot think of one thing that could make our visit or this Hotel better! We look forward to returning on our way back North

Selby Reunion
We were a large group and everyone had an excellent time. We were able to sit and enjoy the wine bar in the lobby very comfortably with our large group. The breakfast bar was so so but it had what we needed. Shuttle to Sheldon Vineyard was great.

Not worth the price
Poor water pressure in the shower, hard mattress, and somebody decided it was a good idea to arrange the furniture so the tv is too far away for a small tv. Not worth the price in my opinion.

TV did not work. I love this hotel and have used it several times. I noticed the curtain was old and ripped a bit. This is a great hotel right off 77 with easy access.

The hotel room was huge. We were able to fit a baby swing, bassinet, and still had so much room. We are a family of five with a 7 week old, 5 yr old, and an 8 yr old. I would definitely stay here again. The hot breakfast was really good. The people were very nice and accommodating. The hotel room was so clean. Five stars for sure.

The upholstery and carpets needs to be cleaned. There’s a lot of stains. The closet and shower doors are broken also. But otherwise the stay was great.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance to my family and Hampton Inn & Suites did not disappoint! The continental breakfast was delicious and the amenities were great, especially the pool and hot tub. The king room was great for us, clean and spacious. Will stay here again for sure!
