I am a supervisor over housekeeping at a near by hotel. This place had bed bugs roaches, had to clean own tub shower, towels rags left in it, sheets nasty mattress pads blood on them. Mo smoke alarms, so how is health inspection letting rhem by with this, everything they advertise is false and thats called false advertisement.

Theres one employee with good customer service the owners are rude and treat people poorly. The room i stayed in the door was messed up. Theres no ammedities at this hotel. No coffee and no breakfast of any sort although both were mentioned. The towels usually had what looked like blood stains and the sheets also. Bedspreads had burn holes

The outside was OK it was a service that was horrible. They did not have extra towels. They didn’t have enough shampoo and conditioner to give you or soap. Their non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Their sheets were dirty. I have pictures the service lady that comes around she bang on your door does not knock on your door And the front desk service was horrible

The room did not have a heater, the man at the counter was great and gave me a space heater. the room had bugs, the linen was stained,, it was so dirty and buggy, I slept in my clothes and would not bring in any of my belongings...

Horrible, súper sucio y el baño se sale el agua y aparte en Cash nos cobraron dinero extra, pagando 2 habitaciones que eran cada una de 4 personas y éramos 6 personas y aún así cobro igual y aparte cobro extra pero en efectivo, HORRIBLE!! Sucioooo MALA ATENCIÓN Horrible, super dirty and the bathroom leaks water and apart from Cash they charged us extra money, paying for 2 rooms that were each for 4 people and we were 6 people and they still charged the same and apart from that they charged extra but in cash, HORRIBLE!! Dirty BAD ATTENTION

The fridge didnt work and when you opened it the smell was awful, the beding had burns and the bathtub had cigarette burns all over it.

Overall room was good. But shower felt like a dog peeing on your back, toilet barely flushed, was supposed to be a smoke free room.. but someone had just got done smoking some green in there.. one med sized towel. It would have worked for just me, but my wife and 7yo son came up.. multiple vacant rooms the entire weekend and was told "No room to change too"

They charge an extra 49 dollars after u get there! Was not told about this at all & very angry & disappointed with them!!!! The room was great! Towels where dirty! Just over all disappointed & wouldn’t stay there again unless it was free!

Check in was easy. Condition of room left a bit to be desired! At first I said the 1970’s called wanting their decor back. Very noisy with traffic Bath tub leaked Ceiling was in need of repair Smoke alarm was missing Ice machine was not functioning No blanket, only a sheet and the covering that never gets changed (ick)

Too expenaive for the quality
When I booked the room, it said breakfast included, but when I checked in I was told there was no breakfast. The room was expensive for the quality.

Arrived to rude customer service, they tried to make me pay for a night that I didnt stay due to transportation issues. Walked into motel room to find really noisy A/C, dirty room, holes in wall, pee on bathroom wall, toilet unstable and not secure at all, cigarette burns in sheets, roach crawled across me while in bed. Highly recommend car sleeping if you are budgeting.

Pro....Its was kind of cheap. Con...The pace is really dirty both inside and out. The room was really dirty (floors, walls, everyrhIng). Th3 furniture was dirty, worn and broken, no clock, main light switch didnt work. At least the ac worked. The locatiin is very close to a highway and truckstop so truck noise is huge. Overall.....this place sucked. Dont sta6 here unless you ar3 desperate or just dead tired. .

Would rather sleep on the street
Absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!!! They do not do daily housekeeping and you can tell that when they do clean they don’t move anything to do so and only sweep around (if that) the furniture in between stays. There was all kinds of trash, papers, toys, magazines behind the bed and nightstand. The toilet stopped up the second night we were there so we asked for a plunger, tried it ourselves but it didn’t work and they didn’t offer help or to switch rooms. The wife was rude and unfriendly, the cleanliness of the place and overall service was disgusting.

Don’t even think about it
Blood on yhe walls. Mold on the ceiling, in the cracks, crevices. Holes on the wall in the bathroom. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. Asked to be moved out of the first room because it had no working lights. Would’ve been better off not seeing where we had to sleep. This place is a pig sty. Sure it’s older but for gosh sakes clean something!! At least paint over the abundance of black mold! Told the manager about the blood and he asked which room? Lol Not even concerned that my family just slept in there with it on the walls!
