The hotel is on a shopping center which is convenient if you want to buy or dine without leaving the property........There is no free parking you have to buy a card to access the parking and its a bit confusing but it should nt be if the front desk explains you how to used it and that is the problem they did nt tell me how it works and i had to buy several cards

Reservation in junior suite 1422; Toilet water supply valve would not turn on; Had to fill toilet tank with water from the vanity faucet, fortunately there were two glasses; Many dining options nearby including Starbucks; But also noisy nightlife so be ready; Elevators can be busy; No VIP upgrades; Overall average.

Great Staff!
All the staff amazing! Location great and hotel comfy. However had numerous issues with the room key reader every day like 5-10 tries each time to enter the room before the door would unlock even with a brand new key.

Fiesta Inn Tecnologico is our top choice when staying overnight in Monterrey. Rooms are always clean and check-in is quick and hassle-free. Not graded like always makes it warm and caring.
Always stayed there when arriving always greeted by the employee of Tony. Always help me with luggage on this time arriving no one to help no one greet you. She has somebody at the door to help you with your luggage.

Aspectos positivos: La cercanía con la zona Tec, la comidad de su habitación y baño, así como la conveniencia en el estacionamiento por una tarifa bastante justa, el desayuno buffet y la atención de algunos miembros del personal del restaurante. Aspectos negativos: la conexión Wifi es insegura y muy limitada, la falta de amabilidad del encargado de recepción al momento de llegada (el sábado 22 de julio), su sistema de cable no proporciona información de la programación de los canales. En Expedia al momento de comprar la opción me aparecía que incluía los desayunos buffet, al momento de llegar comprobé que eso no era exacto. Eso fue lamentable.ñ

Check-in was super quick. Staff is friendly and ready to assist with any requests. Antonio at the front desk is always great! We continue to choose this property for our overnight stays and highly recommend it. A/C was not cooling room upon arrival but was fixed right away. Not enough towels were stocked for all 4 guests, but other than that it was all good.

The staff was great at check in. Very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in a plaza with several convenient stores, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the bar turns into club at night and the room noise was unbearable. The staff dis fortunately change us to another room which was quiet.
