Overall The Amenities/room was a bang for your buck, but the staff and area of the hotel weren’t the most pleasant.

The property itself wasn't horrible but they charged a $350 service fee. So in total a two-night stay was almost $600. Absolutely not worth it. Property itself is the same quality of a motel. 6. Except for they have three putting holes And a pool. Absolutely, do not recommend.

Arrived late at night to check in to see there is no front desks staff and you have to check in with a virtual assistant that isn’t on the property. Our first issues was our vehicle was too tall to enter the parking garage luckily there was an extra entrance that we could make it in and soon found out there were no spaces to park. With the park of town the motel is in, parking on the street was not an option. I reached back out to the virtual assistant and was told they have rules about vehicles and our vehicle just didn’t meet requirements for their parking lot.. and it was just too bad we already paid and they couldn’t issue any refunds . So we parked in the handicapped space for the rest of the evening. It was a VERY LOUD/ Eventful night filled with cops and people throwing up right near our door. Wouldn’t stay here if it was even free. Not a place to bring a family.

Quick and easy check in and out. The room looked very clean with new paint and hardwood floors. The bedding smelled fresh and clean. The indoor hot tub and pool area was a great bonus. I will definitely stay there again

Everything was fine. It’s great that you can bring your pets HOWEVER if you do, $40 A NIGHT is pretty steep truthfully. I paid the price of the room to have my dogs there. Had I booked through Wyndham, it would’ve only been $20. They should revise their policy.

Not terrible, but we would not stay here again. The neighborhood is sketchy, with people nearby living in their cars. Sink stopped up, bathroom light turns itself off during shower, toilet paper mount broken, parking lot is a lake when it rains. Had to ask for a blanket for the bed. Pool is nice, but doesn't open till 10am. Snacks and drinks in the office, but it doesn't open till at least 9am. On the bright side, it was clean, good size room, staff is fine. Nice city park next door for dog walking.

How rude the maid is wen I’m there and she gets away with her bad attitude I was a guest and she is the maid but doesn’t act with respect to me as a guest I don’t like how they handled the situation

How rude and inconsiderate the person is AK front desk as well as the maid frances she was totally rude she yelled at me cursing me in Spanish because I asked her for towels I was just blown away how she was treating me like who the hell I went to front desk and they did nothing she gets away with treating guests horrible

I was treated horrible by the housekeeper and the manager didn’t seem to care and this isn’t the first time that she was verbal I thought she was going to attack me another time and she stole my car key and I had to get locksmith they definitely annoyed me

Bang for your buck
I always like staying here, beds are decent, pillows need work its clean and near the beach. Best thing is the indoor hot tub and heated pool. They also have mini golf and bean toss. Overall cant beat ot for the price. They guy up front is always nice and helpful.

Sheets were a bit dirty and walls/bed was very loud. Also a few seedy characters around in the evening but no issues and staff was very accommodating to early check in and leaving a key for another guest.
