It was a nice place with good staff and countless things available. It was close enough to Milan central train station to walk and had good food within walking distance.

Staff was good. Hotel is nice and modern. Location is 10 min walk from Central Station with plenty of restaurants nearby. Walls are paper thin so you can hear 4 other rooms, wifi was poor in room. Bathroom was very small.

The stay was ok, small room, simple and basic amenities. Ran into some maintenance problems which were resolved right away. A but far from Attractions but was able to use nearby tram.

Not bad for this price. Location is okay.
Room looks like 1-2* hotel in France. Tiny room and bathroom. Not too clean. But coming section and reception's peace were really very nice. It's okay.

Generally good hotel no concerns. Bonus they put croissants/ cookies and tea/coffee in the foyer for free during the day! Room was small but that was expected and not a complaint! Only thing was the room was quite warm felt quite stuffy overnight but fine if a window was open. 10 minute walk to central station and 20 minute walk to town so well located

Great place. Great staff. The only issue we had was the noise from the room next door mainly the noise when the taps were run. It was very loud and the wall seemed paper thin.

The staff of this Hotel was top notch! Always helpful and friendly, with great restaurant recommendations. the room was cozy,clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here.

I would give this place a higher rating if it wasn’t for the awful wifi in the rooms; the staff suggested to do any internet searches, etc. It’s better to use Wifi in the lobby. Found that totally unacceptable. Not in an age of smartphones and devices to research where to eat, shops, etc. Great location but their internet really stinks!

Location is excellent, Reception were very nice. 1st day the room was well cleaned and amenities restocked 2nd day room was well cleaned however amenities not replenished and we had no toilet paper
