Lovely stay! Stayed here for 3 days 4 nights with my family. Although there's not much to do near the area apart from strolling around to a few shops, it's conveniently located near Lima Station - right in front the hotel, so you can easily travel to Duomo and other tourist spots in under 30 mins. The lobby was elegant and welcoming. There's plenty of lifts so you barely wait for long time to get on. Breakfast was amazing, generous serving with a variety of choices which varies on a daily basis! The gym, sauna, steam room and pool was a nice touch as well. The pool may need to be a more heated though as its quite cold when we took a dip. The rooms were decent sized. Definitely need some renovations and it can be quite warm at night. There's AC but they're not as strong. Rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, with fresh new towels as well. Water refilling station near lift 3 was a nice touch. The views from the rooftop terrace was amazing if you're lucky to go up there on a sunny day - you can see the Alps on clear skies! They also allowed us to store our luggage for free in a secured storage behind the desk. The professionalism and hospitality from all the staff have been outstanding! Would highly recommend this hotel!

The walls are not soundproof at all. Some drunken people slammed their door at midnight and was yelling in the hallway and one of the people opened my door while I was laying in bed. Staff at the reception desk were nice. Room is tiny but clean except for the kettle for boiling water needs to be cleaned.

Great hotel. I don’t recommend walking from Milano Centrale. Take a cab or the Metro stop is right out front. On the Metro station beware of an elderly man with a small grey book bag. He is a pickpocket. Ladro!

This hotel was a big disappointment. No food available middle of the day. At all. Lacks basic amenities like complimentary water (one tiny bottle for two people never replenished during multiple days). ‘Superior’ room tiny. Walls are paper thin and every time someone opens a door you’ll think yours is swinging open. Lots of hallway noise. Not a good value for money.

Not worth the money.
I am not sure how this hotel is 4 stars personally. This is my third stay in Milan and I was disappointed with this hotel. The location itself i wouldn’t recommend walking around at night as it didn’t feel safe in the slightest. The hotel itself it very dated and when we checked in we was told the spa and pool was closed which is one of the reasons we booked this hotel and paid more than I think it was worth and the staff did not offer any money off or really apologise.The rooms itself were small and we had a draft coming from the door to the balcony. The toilet made an awful noise everytime it flushed so If you’re sharing a room with someone you will most defiantly wake the other person up. Personally would not recommend.

Been coming to this hotel for 20 years. Staff always polite and helpful and you can engage with them i love their normality its not just a job to them. Tube stop right outside the hotel on the main red line. 10 min walk to train station. Love this hotel and ill be booking again soon

Lovely hotel. So handy with a Metro stop right outside, so it was convenient to travel anywhere. Lots of good bars, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance too.

We got a beautiful terrace room, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. It’s in the middle between the train station and Duomo. It’s right off the red line on Piazza Lima.

Excellent place to stay near the Milan Central Station. It was about a 10-minute walk or around 10€ taxi ride. The hotel was beautiful, and we liked the bar and restaurant and spa facilities onsite. The room was a decent size and bathroom was nice. Would highly recommend!

Hotel was in an excellent location. 10 minute walk from Milano Centrale and there is a metro station outside the hotel which takes you to the Duomo in a few minutes. Staff were very friendly and fulfilled every request we had (robes for the spa etc). Breakfast was lovely with gorgeous views of the city and snowy mountains in the distance. The room size was decent and you can cast from you netflix account which was great. There is tea and coffee in the room but no milk. One downfall we had was the room was too hot, we slept with the window open (in November) as you couldn’t adjust the temperature. Great hotel and great location. Would definitely return.

The room was large and a classic. This is a grand old hotel. The views from the roof are spectacular. The food at dinner was delicious. The buffet breakfast had lots of variety. There are small local restaurants and shops close by.
