Hello Jing, thank you for your review. We're disappointed to learn that your experience was anything short of wonderful. The City of Miami Beach is performing construction in the area, so we have no control of this issue. The layout of our property spans over several small buildings, but we have prominent signs to guide guest's to their rooms. Each accommodation is cleaned and thoroughly prepared prior to each guests arrival. Our front desk agent would not agree to a full refund as they do not have the authority to do so and could not perform this action in our system. However, our agent did offer alternative accommodations, but you refused and made it clear you would write several reviews to show your dissatisfaction. We were sorry not to have met your expectations, but we appreciate all feedback.
