Loads of dining options in hotel and excellent dining choices nearby. Beach is awesome. Large somewhat rambling property has lots of amenities. Breakfast restaurant rush on weekends is rough. We had an awesome room with balcony - had incredible views even at night. Tiresome Tower Room was very clean and accommodating with large living space.

upon checking out, we loaded our luggage into our car left on property, went and spent more money on the property for drinks, and they stole three pairs of my wife’s high heels of her pants, and a vera Bradley blanket, Disney edition, which is nonreplaceable. Do not trust this hotel at all.

The front desk, cleaning staff and reception were all fantastic. The Fresh resturant near the pool and near the lobby need new staff. They were slow and rude. We waited 17 minutes for the coffee machine to clean itself before we got our coffees and they didn’t even offer them to us for free.

We had a table at the night club LIV and we were 4 guys and 4 girls. Tall guy at entrance only wanted to let in 2 girls. Threatened to kick us out and was violent and agressive. We were staying at hotel I don’t understand how he has this authority to threaten hotel guests but we all felt very unsafe due to his behavior and might not stay there again because of this incident. He was a tall white man standing behind the LIV booth.

Everyone on the staff was exceptionally nice from the managers all the way to the janitors. This place is next level nice and the experience is second to none. Would recommend this as a vacation for all!

Beautiful property. My only complaint is the price gouging. There are no coffee makers in the room and drip coffee from any place in the hotel is ~$9. You would think the $47/day resort fee would get you a cup of coffee. The pool drinks were so-so at best and $24 for cocktails (plus tax and tip). Again, it is a beautiful spot but be prepared to spend $$$!

What is the point in staying at so-called Five Star hotel when the service Is not to that level.
They collected $55 for valet Parking and each time had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get the car.
One of the people ahead of me basically said they had an urgent thing and they can't wait 30 minutes to get the car and wanted to talk to the manager at the manager did not even listen and simply walked away without addressing our concern.
I stayed at a Holiday Inn Previously right next to this hotel, Fontaine blue and The staff there were more courteous than here.
People in a five star hotel are usually very courteous, but this was certainly not the case here.
Even the initial receptionist was not that friendly.
I simply don't write bad reviews. This is one of the first times. I have actually written review like this.
If they are so arrogant about being busy All the time, this is going to lead to the downfall. I am only one person, but I am personally never visiting this Five Star hotel, and staying here again overnight.

We stayed in the junior suite in sorrento tower. Super super nice. The property is beautiful. Atmosphere is great. Food was great. The view was incredible. We loved it. Alfonso drove us everywhere. We will be back

They nickel and dime for everything. Was not a very friendly staff. No help with bags, slow check in and check out. Messed up my final bill and overcharged me
