Check in went fast and easy...we arrived 3 hrs early and only waited 15 mins. Before a room was ready. Only 1 thing to rhink about....less scent in Lobby could be used also throughout the whole hotel. It was extremely powerful and I overheard many people mention this.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience for me, I’ve never had a bad experience at a hotel neither I’m the kinda of client that complains about anything. I arrived early to say hello to the reception and let them know that if they had a chance to accommodate an early check. She told me that they were booked but that they will put me first on the list and that once they had a clean room they would call me. It was fine till then. But then I decided to get a room at another near by hotel to get ready for the event that I had. I called the Courtyard telling them I was going to check in later that night because I had to go to the event. After my event I come to the hotel and I got my room. I was super tired from my flight and running around all day. I come into the room and as I’m unpacking my friend walks into the bathroom and sees clothes hanging in the shower and laying on the floor in the side of the bathroom. Then we saw socks on all over the floor, medicine and stuff as if someone was staying in this room. I called reception and they told me they were booked that night and that I had to wait till the next day.. l didn’t not shower that night, luckily they had some sheets in the closet (which the bag was open already ) and one was till there “clean.” I used that to place on top of the bed so I could sleep until the next day to deal with the situation . As soon as I get up the next morning I asked the manager to give me a room and he was nice about it and moved me right away.

Location is great, the staff was super nice and professional. The room we got was terrible the carpet had a terrible smell and there were huge stains on the couch. They need to do something about that asap.

Overall, this was a good stay. To say there is a restaurant on prem is a stretch. Drinks are outrageously expensive and breakfast is mediocre for the "free with stay" option. The staff were nice and the pool was warm. We chose this hotel because of the on-site restaurant and pool pre-cruise. Would probably look elsewhere next trip.

Good location walking distance to restaurants. Has airport shuttle which is great! I arrived early and they allowed me to check in early. Front desk staff were friendly. My stay included breakfast and the breakfast staff didn’t seem to want to make the breakfast. That was the only issue.

We rented the room for 6 people when we arrived they said they couldn’t accommodate 6 per room. They said we could try to make the room that has 2 beds and a pullout couch work. The furniture was filthy and the glass sliding door was closed. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice property, but for the price I expected better (newer) accommodations. The rooms were clean and well kept, though, and the staff at the breakfast bar was fantastic. The front desk staff were not the most helpful, but we only stayed one night.

Had a good stay but was not entirely satisfactory. Was there in August 2023. It was great and more satisfying experience then. Wasn’t happy with staff experience this time. There was no warmth, no eagerness to help guest.
