Property is okay overall at a great location but once in the room, you can see it could be upgraded a little. Exterior windows were dirty and shower fold was stained and moldy. Probably won't stay again as Barcelo up Reforma is a much better experience for just a little more money!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fiesta Americana Reforma Hotel during my trip to Mexico City, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were attentive and courteous throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was impeccably clean and well-appointed. The hotel's location on Paseo de la Reforma is unbeatable, with easy access to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being centrally located, the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amenities. The fitness center was well-equipped for a quick workout. The staff from the gym was so nice and always attentive. Additionally, the on-site restaurants served delicious meals, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, my experience at the Fiesta Americana Reforma Hotel was nothing short of excellent. The combination of attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City.

This Fiesta Americana is everything you expect from this hotel line. Having stayed in several locations, Fiesta Americana is our first choice when traveling. The service is wonderful and friendly. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was heavenly. We had the included breakfast on the executive level and it was superb. The breakfast food options seemed endless, fresh, and very well prepared. We look forward to our next stay with Fiesta Americana.

We liked this property. The VIP upgrade was very good with free snacks and free breakfast. The room was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall happy we stayed here.

It is in a very convenient location, safe to walk at night, taxis and Ubers ready when needed. Personnel friendly, very busy when we arrived to check in, but it was done without delays. My only complain if I may say, is their bathrooms, small and outdated . The shower head kept dripping water. We were treated with free breakfast and evening hord’ouvers and wine instead, since we had already booked a king size room. Thank you!

We stay at this hotel frequently. It is centrally located for the type of tourism we enjoy, and it is nice to always have cars available at the lobby to take trips to shopping and restaurants. That said, we also walk from here to the Zocalo, the Castle at Chapultepec, Roma and La Condesa. We use the Metro-Bus system (other than rush hour) as well. It seems that they have really worked hard over the last 7 years to upgrade this property.

Deffinetly recommended to enjoy Mexico City. Great ocation. Close to main central city sites, such as El Socalo square and colonial area, El Angel, museums, restaurants, close to Polanco. Stayed a week with muy wife for a short vacation in Mexico City, we enjoyed every minute. Porperty is very good and grea staff. Hope to come back soon.

Fiesta Americana Reforma is great hotel located near on downtown Mexico City. You can visit different places places just walking! The service is great! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City. You will have a great time.
