You did not even want to see your room at the first place. After our colleague's proposal you went to see yourroom but you saw it only from the doorway.Upon your return to the Front Desk, you asked to cancel your reservation and our colleagues advised you to speak directly with theonline agency you booked initially. No refund was mentioned or confirmed by us.The agency contacted us to request a refund with the justification that you could not travel due to illness! We explained to the agencywhat happened and rejected the request.
