The hotel close to everything 👍Walking distance The only thing was their was no fan in the bathroom And the way the tv was positioned was very odd … If you wanted to watch it in bed it was on top of your head … Very uncomfortable … underwire all good 👍👍

Centrally located. Some stairs to enter the building so recommend using entrance via wheelchair entrance a few metres down the road if have large luggage or issues with stairs. Rooms overlooking the back alley are nice but a little dark, and later in the week have noise from the bar next door. Would recommend for short stays

We were there for the Taylor Swift concert. It's in a great location in a quieter section of the city. It's a very walkable distance to lots of places. The room itself is very spacious. They could have made the bathrooms a bit bigger as there isn't much room to place clothes or towels - let alone makeup and skin care. The glass partition didn't offer much in terms of privacy but I guess if you were to share a room with someone, then it's not too big of a deal. The front desk staff did give us cute little friendship bracelet kits for the concert which was thoughtful and nice. Great 2 nights stay!

Stayed here a few times, but this time round we had the rooftop apartment with an uncomfortable bed. It felt like we were lying on bricks. Overall result besides the bed, it was good to stay in a hotel that we were familiar with.

Location & staff were good. Executive King Room with Kitchen & balcony disappointed. Kitchen had 1 small saucepan, No frying pan or toaster, NO sink plug. Balcony was pressed metal flooring, mesh balustrade, no outdoor furniture. Bathroom had no Vanity just a tiny handbasin which filled & drained v.slowly, toilet cistern was noisy with faulty valve, water kept running. Room was overly noisy at night with no soundproofing. Only 1 bedside lamp beside King bed. Dollar value was expensive with no room servicing and especially with no towel exchange unless requested.

The bedroom itself was a great size but the bathroom (if you could call it that) was a massive disappointment. It had a shower shelf missing, no supplied soaps etc, toilet hadn't been cleaned properly and towel rails were ready to fall out of the wall. Also the exhaust didn't work so the room smelled damp the whole time we were there.

Great city location
Easy checkin, great location, close to tram stop but still an easy walk to southern cross station, marvel stadium, crown, shops, restaurants etc. The rooms are a good size and it was nice to spread out abit. We will stay here again for sure.

Noise from outside was terrible and disturbed our sleep nightly. Noise also carried loudly during the day View from room wa into offices opposite. Hence most of the time the blinds had to remain closed.

Staff at check in were hard to understand. We booked a rooftop apartment which was located on the 19th floor, elevators only went to 18th floor, we then had to drag out luggage up a tight set of stair's. There was a constant noise from some sort of mechanical pump or machine. Would not recommend staying here.
