Upon our early arrival we asked of the availability of a room, understanding that there might not be one. Any request, early check-in, or a room on the first floor, was met with a grimace and a sigh. We waited for 3 plus hours, and the only person to check with us was the maintenance staff. Both individuals at the front desk couldn’t be bothered with us.
On the other hand the housekeeping staff were very thoughtful and efficient, and the AM front desk man was pleasant and hospitable. The other two front desk staff could learn something about customer service.
