Do not stay here! The area is not good but the actual hotel is filthy! I walked in and turned the light on and roaches scattered! We walked right back out and reported to the front desk. He gave me the refund procedure like he does it a lot!

The young kid working the front desk had no clue how to take cash to pay for the room! Really??? I reserved the room with a credit card and was going to pay cash. He told me he didn't know how to do that on the computer check in procedure, so I had to pay with a card. I reserved a room with a single queen sized bed, but was told that no rooms were available with that option. I was put in a room with 2 smaller beds... 🙄

When we got to the motel to check in the desk attendant said he didn’t know what room to give us mind you we had the room booked one week in advance. When we got to our assigned room, the room wasn’t made and it was filthy. When we go down to complain about it the attendant gave us a made up room which he wasn’t supposed to I guess because the next morning when I was returning the key I overheard the ladies behind the desk complaining about how did she get the room. To add a cherry on the top, there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Filled with roaches and people arguing and police during the night. Staff were rude and disrespectful. Tried to put me in a dirty room when the room I booked wasn’t available. And they didn’t want to refund my money when I complained. Would only recommend if you are desperate with no time or options.

You Get What You Pay For
Definitely a two-star hotel. Exactly what I expected, right down to the smell of pot, but that's what I paid for. Bed was very comfortable and service was good.

Staff and management was very rude… GM was unwilling to help with reservations I booked on Orbitz. After several complaints she finally decided to help! I was told so many lies…There was one young lady that was very kind. No one answers the phone on 3rd shift and no faces at the front desk. The staff is a joke & need to be retrained… “You get what you pay for “

There was no dead bolt on the door the housekeeper walked in our room without knocking no locks on outside doors nothing was posted that they do not except chime paypal venmo and other online bank cards just banks you can walk into there wifi is horrible it would work maybe 5 minutes in the room it worked better outside
