Do not go to this hotel!!!! You definitely get what you pay for her. First off when we got into the room the room was dirty and there was dirt all in the bathtub and sink. We woke up @2am and @3am to a fire alarm and when we went to the front desk they said that this happens every night and the manger of the hotel did not what to fix the issue and there’s nothing we can do about it. Then we we’re itching all night because this hotel has bed bugs!!! We went to go try the breakfast and there was cockroaches in the coffee and food! Please save your money and book a better place to stay.

First room smelled like cigarette smoke in everything so we asked to get a different room. This hotel is supposed to be a totally nonsmoking hotel so wonder how that happened. Other than that things were fine

I feel if you stay an entire week the room should be cleaned at least once without asking. I paid an extra 50 dollars for incidentals but cant get my room cleaned. Other then that the hotel is great.

The place is ok, staff not so much
When we first checked in the guy at the counter didn't explain anything to me and spoke in a nasty tone as if my checking in was the biggest inconvenience. When i asked any questions he would pull up a sign and point at it. Aside from the front desk clerk the halls had a couple stains in the carpet and the elevator smelled like old diapers. The room itself was ok and the bed seemed clean.

We always stay here when we visit my sister. Rates are reasonable, room is clean and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, and breakfast is above average. Only negative is the place is looking a little tired.

I was okay with the property's cleanliness and facilities. What i am upset about is that check out is at 12pm and at 8am i had pounding/knocking at my door from housekeeping even though my do not disturb sign was on my doorknob. I was resting for work and was very upset being woken up that way. Very rude.

My room was connected to the other room by a metal door and I could hear a crying baby, so I switched rooms and the next room the heat heat was broken and I had to switch rooms again

First room smelled like hydraulic oil, second room had a loud family adjoining and third room we had to ask for had soiled fitted sheets, mattress pads, and blankets. Sheets abd blankets also had holes in them . Hanger hanging on picture over the air conditioner and a button on the carpet. Registered and paid for three adults and had two bath towels. Had to call for all new linen and remake both beds. Never staying here again.

The pool hours are 6-11, much better than most hotels, the breakfast is very good. If there was a channel guide for the TV in the room, it would have been perfect. They let me check in early for no fee! THANK YOU

The staff were wonderful and when we needed to change rooms the front desk worked to fulfill our needs right away. Although the facilities are aging a bit the people and food were excellent.
