The Hotel is in a fantastic location. Easy walking distance to the shrine. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great. (You need reservations). Hotel is quiet and room is good size. Quick 5 minute cab from Lourdes train station

El trato de todo el personal del hotel fuer maravilloso. Se preocupan de que todo estuviera como queríamos. Muy serviciales. El hotel está muy cerca del Santuario. Tiene buen acceso para las personas con movilidad reducida. Muy recomendable.

Excellent as always
This was my second time coming to Lourdes and staying at this lovely hotel. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be staying there again when I go back.

The facility was ok but could use upgrades. I purchased breakfast because most of businesses were closed at the time of my visit. They had limited selections for breakfast and served spoiled boiled eggs. Their pastries were not fresh.

Nice and well located hotel in the town of Lourdes. It's really close and at walkable distance to the Sanctuary and other attractions. Staff at the lobby was nice, friendly and helpful with suggestions about the city. We were happy to have the option be attended in English/Spanish as our French was not so good. The hotel offers a parking lot for free at about 0.25 miles (~400 meter) away, however, public parking lots are available just in front of the lobby, if the lot is available, for 12 euros/day. In summary, a very recommended option when staying in Lourdes.

While the limited staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful, the property itself was very dated and in desperate need of a renovation. We chose this property based upon reviews on Expedia and it didn’t come close to matching those reviews. I’m sure there is extreme guest turnover based upon its location but that’s no excuse for ownership to neglect the property- stained and musty hallway carpets, stiff-as-a-board mattresses, and cafeteria-like breakfast area with less than tasty food options. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Un poco decepcionados
El hotel está bien pero la máquina del aire acondicionado de la habitación no enfriaba y hacía un ruido horroroso que no nos dejó descansar. La habitación doble tiene más metros cuadrados que la triple. Aunque anuncian que tiene parking, el que ofrecen cercano es un parking público que si está ocupado no puedes aparcar y te dirigen a uno q está más alejado

Buen hotel. Instalaciones correctas, modernas y funcionales. Habitación más que suficiente y limpieza satisfactoria. Atentos en los detalles y trato agradable tanto en recepción como camareras de planta. Es uno de los muchos hoteles de la zona, muy próxima al Santuario. Lo negativo que el aparcamiento que ofrecen está muy alejado, 400 metros, y es descubierto.

The staff was incredibly helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier and the girl in reception went to our room to personally check and make sure that it was ready. They also changed our room to a double room without any additional charge; because apparently I reserved a 2 twin room by mistake. Super nice and friendly! The hotel is perfectly located only 1 street away from the Grotta.

I stayed 3nights here. It was convenient for cycling the Pyrenees. Breakfast was nice and the 3. Course dinners were great. The staff at dinner especially were fantastic.They have a parking garage just down the street-20ms. This hotel is only a 5 min walk to the grotto. Highly recommend.

Great for a family of 5!
This was a great stay for us! As a family of 5 it is difficult to find one room that will fit our needs. I loved that this hotel offered a family room option! And the location to walk to the grotto and sanctuary is super close! Highly recommend!

Excelente ubicación. El sistema eléctrico del hotel está mal, me quemó un cargador de celular. El aire acondicionado no funciona y los empleados no lo saben solucionar.

Hotel Padoue is very close to the Cathedral. Nice area and excellent bar service. Be aware that if you are not part of a group your may have to wait for dinner options. I would definitely stay here again.
