I was bit 33 times after staying 6 days in this hotel. For the manager to duck and dodge us when we addressed the bed bug I sound alive and in the bed. They stated “the most we can do is compensate 2 nights” for the front desk person to “shhh” us when we came down while there were people checking in. 33 bites and zero accountability for their dirty hotel . Do not stay here.

Left my AirPods in the hotel unfortunately I was already at the airport before I even realized so I called the property to inform them it took 40 mins to get ahold of anyone and when I finally did get someone I was told that nothing was found I explained I just received a notification of my AirPods last location being in the hotel about 10 mins prior which was while I was on hold then I was told well if they did find them I have to ask if we can ship them I told them I have family that can stop by and pick them up if it’s going to be that much of. Issue to ship them which the front desk response was no that won’t be possible but I’ll ask my manager….. I willl never stay in this facility again and hope you think twice before booking here!!!!

Please do not waste your time or money and stay here. Parking garage was extremely sketchy, there were cars with flat tires in it as well as cars that looked like the hadn’t been moved in months. Black mold was in our room. Extremely noisy people in the hotel as well as the planes from LAX passing overhead. Stains on the bed sheets. Literally a nightmare hotel that we will not be stepping foot back in

While it served it's purpose as a place to rest.my head and park my car it needs work. Bathtub with rust around drain, leaked water from shower. Although there were 2 people one of the cleaners only wanted to replace 1 towel. Strong smell of urine in 1 stairwell. As is i wouldn't stay there again unless there were no other options.

Staff at front desk was friendly and courteous. Helped change the first assigned room by the main road to a quieter room. Lobby is decent but rooms and premises including parking are pretty run down. Pics and actual are very different. What one pays is what one gets...lesson learnt.

U get what you pay for but photos and images are not up to date on booking app they portray the hotel as clean and very modern yet is very dirty no good tv channels room are very torn down I upgraded to a suite thinking it would be more cleaner yet it was just as torn down I have not seen my 100 deposit all in all it’s very bad

Overall the hotel stay was okay, but there are some things that could’ve made the experience better. On the website it says that breakfast available, but it doesn’t mention that breakfast is only available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and that it is not included when you book. There is a restaurant and hotel share the building. The hotel room was nice. There is a tv, but it only had 8 channels of nothing interesting. There is a Netflix app but because the tv isn’t full set up, we couldn’t use it. This hotel also offers car rental services however, when passing the desk to rent a car, (1) the car rental service man was never available and (2) the one time we were able to catch him, he wasn’t welcoming and seemed like he didn’t want to provide information for rentals. We were told that all the cars were reserved and if one were to become available he would reach out to us, but never did.

The first room we stayed in had lamps that did not work, were entirely broken, and a toilet that did not flush no matter how long we left it to fill the tank. We got switched to another room and this one had rust on the shower, water damage on the wallpaper from the bathroom and even the ceiling of the bedroom. We had a roommate the entire stay 🕷. The mattress was severely yellow and stained. And at 9 am, the hotel staff began to test their fire systems. This was incredibly inconvenient. For a general 3 star hotel, it was terrible and I will not be returning.

The room was clean they gave us a 2 bed room at no extra cost. Pool looked clean. A bit old looking, needed a bit of an upgrade but apart from that was good for stay for connecting flight to UK.

We were checked in and then when we got to the room, it was a dirty room, we had to go back down to the lobby and talked to the front desk, they didn't even bother to apologize, just asked for the key and what was the name, changed the room number and gave us the key card back. The room carpet had several stains, the outside of the hotel is falling apart and it was somewhat dirty, just not peasant at all.

Very difficult to find parking prior to checking-in, after checking-in, you get a code to get in the garage. An additional vehicle was charged a $15.00 fee. The garage felt unsafe due to people sitting in their cars as well as doing mechanical work in the garage. Front desk is not friendly and are behind a bullet proof glass.

Worst experience ever. Hotel had dirty towels, sheets, pillows, windows, cups, etc. I was staying with my son for a competition he had close by and he was disgusted and wished we could leave. They also has NO WATER from 9am to 5pm every day the week i was there. People staying in the hotel were suspicious looking, either drunk or stoned or high, and the restaurant/bar was soooo loud. There is so much else like pee smell all over their parking lot. I wished we never stayed there.

Room was disgusting, beds were stained and hadn't been cleaned, weird stains all over the floor. Elevator was barely functioning and inspection certificate is expired. Restaurant inside was disgusting and overpriced.

The shower head was old and dirty. It shook so hard and the water spat out. The comforter had a burn hole in it. The tv was rather small for the size of the room, it was nearly impossible to sit on the couch and watch the tv comfortably. These things but I was told to give a credit card so they could put a hold of $100 on my credit card for 5 days….

First & last stay here
This hotel is a bit run down. We had two main issues. First, the smell of weed in the elevator & halls, which seeped into our room for quite some time. The second was the lack of towels. Every evening upon our return we had to go to the lobby, wait several minutes before someone would help & ask for towels. When I asked for three-four towels for two rooms, I was told they only had two to hand out. There were 7 of us in two separate rooms.
