They were in the middle of a remodel when we stayed there so it was bit noisy. Limited walkable dining options, but there is a 24hr Starbucks next door. It’s close to LAX, which is why we stayed there, but not much else. It was ok, but I may pay more for a nicer hotel next time.

I didn’t like the 3” roach running around the room as soon as we checked in. I complained and they immediately gave me another room after the reservation guy first made a hand gesture joke about it.

The room itself was not bad. Gym was closed due to renovation and the bar closed early. I rated overall 3 star due to a protest happening all weekend during our stay. It was VERY loud with start times at early as 5am. As I am aware the hotel is not responsible for what happens outside their vicinity, it was the fact the staff didn’t seem to care or want to accommodate another room on a different area of the hotel. They informed protests cannot happen on the weekend and unfortunately they could not do anything. After a second call was made early Saturday morning, the staff informed us we would be added to a list. When we got back to our room Saturday around midnight (Sunday morning really- night before we checked out) The staff had moved our room without any communication made and we had to find out when we arrived to our room and could not get in. It felt more as a “get back” due to our multiple complaints and requests for some type of accommodation and assistance in having a better experience. I recommend this hotel as long as you have no issues, but if issues arise, you y may have difficulty with the staff having any empathy and motivation to assist you.

QUICK SUMMARY: hotel was not worth its price , there are definitely better options out there. Service was good but amenities themselves left a lot to be desired. Room was completely and undeniably underwhelming especially for the price tag. The tv had so few channels I would just go to bed instead of watching any of it, both the elevators that worked during my stay were completely run down inside ( the elevator in the parking garage was in better shape), and our room reeked of weed out first two nights. But those are all just minor critiques. The worst part is that our bathroom door would not shut unless you perfectly made sure it wouldn’t roll back but sometimes it would still roll back even if it was stopped. The breakfast here was a complete joke, they had a horrible selection with nothing of sustenance. All in all this hotel is definitely not worth the price tag, I feel ripped off after staying. I had a way better experience in my best western hotel in Fresno when I stayed there ( I get it’s a different area but the juxtaposition between the two and the price I paid in comparison is a real issue to me). Service when checking in and checking out was good and courteous. Location was convenient as well.

This motel was fine for an overnight stay. Staff were helpful and friendly (thank you Frances). Undergoing some renovations, so don’t expect perfect conditions - but no noise.

Good for an overnight if you need to catch a flight. But they say the shuttle runs every half hour on the hour but we were outside this morning at 7:28 and the shuttle didn't pick us up until 7:55. Apparently, we missed the first shuttle by 3 minutes.

The hotel charges extra, plus the room fee and parking for $46. We should call them to return the security fee; otherwise, they will not return. They say it takes 5-7 business days to return the security fee. Why do they take it immediately? They should return it immediately. Finally, they charged me $12, and still, I do not know why. I will never go there anymore.

The bathroom was amazing and the room was ok. But the surroundings of the airport didn’t feel safe. Also, it smelled like cigarette smoke a lot by the exit and inside in the corridors. Felt a bit like a motel, not great.

Everything was excellent except for the air conditioning unit in the room. It was very old and very noisy, and it made the room feel musty. It was so out of place given how nice everything else was. This is an easy fix that should have been done long ago.

Front desk ladies were all rude, my room had to be be changed twice due to the lights not working in one and the seconds room smelled like heavy cigarettes and marijuana. I was promised to receive compensation for all the trouble and the lady’s at front desk denied it at the time of check out. Not only that but elevators were broke 24/7 and the pool and hotel was under construction save your money and find a better hotel.

Location was convenient since it's nearby LAX and Kia Forum. Check in was also quick and easy. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Once we entered our room, we noticed a dirty and wet used hand towel on the sink counter. Not sure if it was from the previous guest or from housekeeping.. We felt like it was off putting to see that and left a bad impression.

1. The room description was not valid. 2. We requested our room to be cleaned 2x before leaving for the day and came back to an untouched room both times. 3. Breakfast was bland without much variety. 4. Elevators were down 2/3 nights. 5. Pool was out of service.

It's kind of crazy how much hotels around LAX charge for their rooms and parking. Maybe they should spend some of their money on updating the hotel. Overall, it felt kind of dirty, there were a lot of people making noise, and it didn't seem like the best area. Nothing against ladies of the night, but I think there were a couple of them hanging outside of the hotel.
