Great place to sleep near LAX airport after long flight from UK. Rooms and staff were great. Easy to find. Only surprise was $30 parking charge that was unexpected. Otherwise all good. Thanks

It was good we arrived in the dark of night… when we woke up in the morning I was horrified to see how dirty the room was. There was broken glass on the carpet and the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed for quite a while. The room was also just not in good condition with the bed worn out and large stains. Things in the hallways and the stinky elevator were not any better. Management does make sure the lobby appears nice but while waiting for the airport shuttle my daughter noticed a giant stain on the couch. It was a place to sleep after our flight was cancelled. Just glad we didn’t come home with bedbugs are something like that.

The person on front desk when we arrived was not very helpful and then told us to park our car to unload on the opposite side of where our room was which was very inconvenient. We were unaware that there was a $75 fee for a small 15 lb dog to stay 11 hours & also unaware that parking was $30. The lady at the breakfast bar was very helpful.

shuttle service is terrible! We requested the shuttle to airport at 9am, we were told it that the next available time is 930. Of course, it is not here at 940. The front desk was not trying to help to get us update. We took Lyft instead.

The hotel is in a quiet area very convenient to everything and El Segundo, which has excellent dining options and of course minutes from the airport and car rental. My wife and I have stayed here twice.

The hotel building was ok but there were a number of things that weren’t up to scratch for a property of this cost. Rooms are serviced every 7th day unless you ask. C’mon… that’s just far too long. $30 a night for parking is completely ridiculous being that it’s just a carpark around the property with no fencing. We saw multiple people pacing the carpark looking inside vehicles during our 3 day stay. Based on the listing, the hotel looked reasonable but after these surprises above, I would not recommend. Plenty of other better options in the area

The airport shuttle and price were my main reasons for choosing this location. Staff was very friendly and helpful except there is no info on things in the area, especially dining. Not everyone has a car or likes to order food for delivery! And if you don't know the area, you're going to ask the staff. They should be given resources to help.

Poor service. We waited 5 hours in the lobby as our flight was early and we couldn’t check in until 4:00. At 3:30 there were a few families that came in and they were given their hotel room keys and off they went to their room. I went to ask how they got their room and we had to wait until 4:00. Eloise told me they paid the early check in fee. We saw this family after and asked if they had paid for the early check in…no they did not. We waited until 4:00, went to the desk and they didn’t have our room ready. You’ve got to be kidding me. I booked a double queen room with a balcony overlooking the pool. About 20 minutes later they gave us a room on the first floor overlooking a parking lot. We walked into the room, there was an ionizer running. I opened the patio door and tried to lock it. It didn’t lock…we are on the first floor. Then they came in to take the ionizer out of the room, I think they tried to do this before we got there but we got to the room first. We questioned the ionizer and apparently the guest before us wasn’t a very good guest. We went back to the desk to tell them to get us another room. Finally around 4:45 we got another room, third floor, facing the busy road. No balcony where we could sit out and enjoy the evening. I am so disappointed in this hotel. Never again. The fellow working when we got there at 11:00 am was super nice. We left our luggage with him while we went to get something to eat. Eloise needs customer service training.

I am very disappointed with this hotel , when I booked it says parking included and also breakfast then we arrived they charged me 150$ deposit and 30$ per night for parking if I wasn’t this tired I would look for another hotel it’s terrible smells bad I paid 425$ for two nights and they were super disrespectful at the front almost screaming at me DONT BOOK here ever
