We take seriously those type of claims and this was not indicative of the usual experience that we wish for our valued guests.Our Team proceeded with a legal Health and Safety procedure and moved you to another room straight away, we never advise any type of recommendations or provide any products until a specialised team inspects the rooms and states if your claim was to be confirmed or not.We are glad to share that within 24 hours both rooms have been inspected by a specialised external company and both had negative outcome of any presence of bedbugs. Please be reassured that our hotel guarantees daily high cleanliness standards and hopefully your concerns are relieved after we took proper actions to follow up. We can share the certificate with you anytime if you wish - our goal is being transparent with our guests and we do our best to conduct the necessary investigations as soon as possible.
