Staff was great. Fair warning, there is no lift. Staff did carry my stuff to my room, which was on the very top floor. But leaving, it was a complete pain to get my 65lb bag down. The bathroom was a compact but doable. Area has great restaurants and is close to paddington station, did have a few rats in the sidewalk area, as the surrounding buildings had trash bags on the sidewalks.

Very friendly staff and very clean. Unfortunately no lift but you can’t have everything. Also there were a lot of restaurants within walking distance- assorted ethnic food. Good food and prices!

I have never written a review, but i must say the staff was so amazing here. They went above and beyond expectations. It is is a very nice area with a lots of restaurants and pubs close by.

Very cozy little hotel in a very convenient area close to the train station and other public transport. The hotel is very clean and has been recently remodeled. It's comfortable and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I did enjoy my stay and recommend it any time,

Nice, but quite a hike up to 4th floor…. No elevator. Nice room but small compared to American standards. Staff extremely friendly and accommodative. Would stay there again. Easy access to food and transportation.

The staff at the Tudor were so helpful and friendly. Every day of my stay I was greeted warmly and asked if there was anything they could do to make my stay better. The room I upgraded to was charming, comfy, with a view of the park and surrounding architecture.

There was significant building work going in the hotel. That meant masses of dust in the air; I had an adthma attack. The builders begore leaving knocked out all the electric sockets in my room This hotel should not have allowed rolms adjacent to the building work to be used

My room was noisy a lot of elevator noise. Then people next door were loud and the place stank of weed. Reception did address the issue when I called them. But this was near 1 am, which is why I gave 3 stars. It was very clean but a bit old.

The staff there could not have been more gracious. We felt very safe. The beds were very comfortable. The only cons are the amount of stairs to get to our room and the bathrooms are so tiny you can’t even dress in there. The shower is so tiny that my granddaughter got a knot on her forehead bending in the shower and hit her forehead on the sink. I would definitely stay here again if I had a lower floor room.

The property’s location next to Paddington station and close to Hyde Park is a plus. It is economical but the facilities are basic because of the small size of the building. However, we would stay there again

Myself and my brother stayed at the Tudor Court Hotel for one night, before he flew back home from Heathrow. I chose this hotel, for the closeness to Paddington Station for the Heathrow Express. Immediately upon our arrival, we knew we had chosen wisely. The staff were so warm and friendly in their greeting, supplying us with useful local knowledge. The hotel and room in which we stayed, was extremely clean and comfortable. The location provides excellent travel opportunities, from Paddington rail and Underground stations. Fully recommended, without any hesitation.

Overall a decent stay— the location helps make up for the teeny size of the room and bathroom (smaller than most European hotels I’ve stayed in.) staff was very nice and it’s a very short walk to Paddington, which is nice but means it can also be noisy. The hotel was having some work done inside and it felt a little rundown, but overall, a good stay.

The room was clean but very small, the bathroom was the size of a wardrobe and felt like something you'd have in an airplane but with a shower. Bed was comfortable and we were only there for 2 nights so we were totally fine with this hotel, but wouldn't recommend for a full week.

This is a good basic hotel for a good price. There are no lifts but the man who checked me in had no hesitation I carrying my bag to my room (he gave me the option of the 4th floors or lower ground). I took the lower ground options and he did advise me I would hear the trains which was no issue for me. He was pleasant and a great help. Check out was easy. The bathroom was small and so was the room but for an over night stay this was a more than adequate hotel.

I loved this hotel it was great value, i only had a small single room but had everything i needed the staff were great and it was right next to all the amenities i needed with great bars and restaurants at a stones throw, i would definitely go back again ☺️

Wonderful staff. Very friendly and cheerful. Close to London Paddington station so on the train, Tube, or bus anywhere you want to go in no time at all. Highly recommend. I definitely would return in the future.

The staff were amicable and helpful. Unfortunately, our room was in the basement. The tube was clearly audible beneath us (and shook the room a little), and our window opened into a separate (unused) room with a skylight. The beds were very firm. Overall, nice staff but not a particularly nice room.

The room was compact but had everything I needed for a short stay. On arrival the staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. The location is ideal for getting around London with public transport and for sightseeing the hop on hop off buses stop at the end of the road. The only negative thing I could put is that a small bin next to the tea and coffee facility would have been a welcome addition! I will definitely stay there again
