The hotel is perfectly located if you are planning to attend the theatre or visit museums, or simply take in London scenery. They're are many pubs and restaurants nearby, and the hotel's Blind Spot bar is not too be missed. Staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. My room was spotless and very spacious, a rare gem in London. I can't wait to return!

The location is very central to theater district but the best part is the staff. They went out of their way every step to make things easy for me. They seemed genuinely glad that I was staying there.

Excellent location for the theatre we went to, as well as plenty of nearby restaurants. An an easy walk from Waterloo. Room was lovely and the staff friendly and helpful. We failed the test trying to find the room when we checked in. The numbers are at floor level so you have to look down! Our only issue was that you couldn't fill the sink with water, but this is apparently a policy decision and common in the hotel industry😞 Weve booked to teturn in March!

This is an almost perfect choice for London visitors interested in the theater, which is our case. It's a modern, stylish property, designed by Philippe Stark, at the very heart of the West End. It makes you feel special. It's surrounded by restaurants, bars and museums. it's only flaw, which was relevant to us but might not be for others, is that the bathroom has no door. The toilet is in an unventilated frosted-glass closet, so that it's essentially in the room, an otherwise very beautiful room.

Loved the location and staff also. Kitchen was pretty good also. And its nearness to J.Sheeky was marvelous. An 8 minute walk from most of the 5 theaters I went to. I really enjoyed my stay. Didn't like the fact that I got roped into an included breakfast and couldn't cancel it because I hadn't book directly. Well, I will avoid Hotel.com from this day forth

Disappointing Booked 4 rooms. 2 couldn’t check in until much after 3pm check in time. Which affected our lunch plans. Sunday breakfast. Waited 10 minutes for a table. 20 more minutes for a coffee. And left after an hour without ever getting the breakfast we ordered. Expensive hotel won’t stay again.

The hotel was very nice and had great rooms. Staff was helpful and kind. The beds were comfortable, nice spacious and clean bathrooms, it was close the the underground, there was a lot of good food, theaters, and shopping nearby.

Surprisingly good cappuccino, good fitness center
Great cappuccino. Breakfast was good, but a bit slow. For business travel I appreciate when hotels have a bigger breakfast buffet vs. made to order menu. The gym is also quite well stocked. a couple treadmills, a cable tower, a smith machine, and most importantly a good set of free weights and kettlebells. There’s aslo plenty of room to use said weights or yoga mats. You’ll also find a few miscellaneous items and a few plyo boxes.

Great hotel. Could do with better service.
Smart hotel in excellent location and good amenities. The only way to differentiate yourself here is service and they didn’t. Check in was fairly shambolic with inattentive staff who were busy listening to each other rather then the question we were asking them. They are doing few favours here either. We were told we could have an extra 30 minutes to check out and they were knocking on our door and calling the room after 20.

One Night in London Town
A very lovely hotel in the centre of London. Glad I had a voucher though as I wouldn’t have wanted to pay that much for the room normally. Unfortunately wasn’t offered room upgrade on check in and when I asked about the 20% off food and drinks for being a gold member they looked at me as if I was an alien. All in all though, very friendly and helpful front desk and great location

The staff, rooms and common area were A all around. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. Easy access to everything around central London. Highly recommend.

This property was very central. Most of the staff very helpful, except when checking in. No information given , re breakfast times, wifi etc. They said the room was not ready, besides being after 4. When we said we weren't happy about that, the room was available??? The lift was also broken for 3 days , which left only one working for the whole hotel. All this being said we really enjoyed our stay, the rest of the staff were lovely, room was a good size, very clean. Excellent location, would highly recommend.

Fabulous
This hotel was just lovely. We booked a standard room and I was expecting it to be tiny but it was actually quite spacious. The lighting was on when we arrived and sat to a calm tone which created a nice ambience as we walked in for the first time. Everything was sparkly clean and the bed was very comfortable! Great stay - would defo recommend.

This is not a 5 star hotel. Be warned. It’s a 2 or 3 star. For the price it’s listed at I’d give it 2/5 stars. If they lowered the cost, maybe 3/5. The pictures are very enhanced, but that isn’t reality.. it’s very dated and in need of a huge renovation and redecorating. However, we wanted a refund for our stay after 1 night and the staff worked with us and allowed it. The staff were very accommodating.
