The staff were excellent. Friendly, professional and helpful. Upon arrival there was a problem with the family room we had booked and without any discussion from us we were offered side by side rooms instead. With two older teenagers this made for an even better week. Small rooms by North American standards but met all of our expectations. Short walk to restaurants and subway. Would stay there again.

Lovely staff
Staff at The Reem Hotel couldn’t have been any more friendlier and made the stay really enjoyable! The bed was very comfortable and a nice treat after long days exploring the sites. The hotel was well located close to the underground and Hyde Park but was in a lovely quiet area. We will definitely be returning to this little gem.

Week end away!
My daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend. Overall the stay was good. The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming as was the reception guy working the evening shift. Friday & Saturday night 3rd & 4th jan. The breakfast was also fine, the usual continental products which is both of our preferences so I have no complaints at all about the food. It was perfect for us both. The only complaint was the room. It was in the basement and right by the lift-so noisy!!! I’m a light sleeper so for me I had broken sleep all weekend which had a negative impact on our weekend away as I barely slept due to the lift being in constant use, however Saturday was not as bad as Friday. The room was also very small-but very, very clean! I would stay at The hotel again. It was situated in the perfect location but I would definitely find out our room location prior to paying and staying. Overall 7 out of 10

Great hotel and staff near Kensington Gardens
This is a lovely hotel a short walk from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The rooms are small and a bit cramped, but the staff, breakfast, and proximity make it well worth the very reasonable price. Dan came out to meet us when our Maps app got us to the wrong side of the building. He was extremely kind and helpful. Luis was our front desk man for the rest of our stay and is truly kind. We were allowed to store our luggage before we checked in and after we checked out so that we didn't have to carry it with us between hotels. We stayed at the Reem on Dec 30, checked out for Dec 31, and returned to stay Jan 1. I highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Bedroom 24 very small for 2. Dark and poorly lit. Needs redecorating. Price did not reflect the room, Clean and pleasant otherwise,,Breakfast good , prefer hash browns , not available. Reception very helpful and polite.

Good location and warm welcome, however, cleanliness not great, mould inside the kettle in the room and an ant was on the pastries at breakfast. Unfortunately we wouldn’t return.

Tired hotel in need of repair/refresh
Check in was ok. My daughter and I were placed in room 43. The first night it was dripping water in our room due to a leak from the roof. From the condition of the ceiling I don’t believe this was the first time it leaked. It was a rough first night. In the morning the staff first was hesitant to move us but after checking with management, we were changed to room 41. ur second night was pleasant enough. The 3rd evening when we returned to our room 2230 there wasn’t any electricity. When mentioning this to the evening staff I was informed that the lights on the 4th floor went out an hour prior and there was nothing to be done. The gentleman at the front desk, although friendly was not very handy nor helpful. Miraculously, the electricity on the 4th floor returned an hour later. The breakfast crew/cleaning staff were lovely but the hotel is showing it’s age and in need of repairs / refresh, especially the fourth floor!

It was okay...
The room is very small and compact but you do have all you need it’s just quite literally jammed into any available space. The bathroom is too small, you can just about squeeze into it and manoeuvre around the shower and toilet to get to the sink. The room and bathroom as a whole was also in need of some TLC. I wouldn’t bother going for breakfast, it was pretty poor. Very cramped room to eat in with poor quality food. There are lots of little cafes around where you can get something far nicer so I would do that. T

Enjoyed my stay at Reem. The staff were superb. Always helpful beyond measure and welcoming. The location was close to Bayswater or Queensway, which meant easy access across London. Room was perfect for a short stay.

The reem hotel was not so bad, it was just extremely small. If you staying with a party of 3 or more people, please look somewhere else, that room is only design for two people maximum. They did offered free breakfast, nothing superior but enough to hold you down for the morning. And keep in mind that location is about an hour away from LGW airport

Sorry but no. 8x8 is a prison cell not a triple room. Seriously, we had to take turns moving in the room it was so tiny. It doesn’t matter that this hotel has a (tiny) elevator and some London Hotels don’t even have that feature. Nothing can redeem this place from having the tiniest room ever.

Pleasant stay in great location close to tube.
Pleasant hotel, very clean, but room was a bit on the small side. Internet, fairly good speed but prone to dropping out and showing limited access. Bed was very comfortable with a moderate size TV. The safe was located far too close to the floor making access to it very difficult. Also, instructions on how to operate the safe were printed far too small (font size) and virtually impossible to read - especially in low light. Upon arrival, we also found that the kettle in the room was broken. These problems however were quickly resolved by very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little hotel, but only good for short visits. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very conveniently close to tube stations & bus stops including Big Bus hop-on-hop-off... a short walk to Kensington Palace! Nice quiet area. Very nice staff! Breakfast was very good even though it was the same foods every. I am a 1-cup-of-coffee-a-day type of person, so I asked one of the ladies on our first morning, that I only need a cup instead of a whole pot that they give each table, and for the next 7 mornings, they had my coffee ready before I ask for it! So very nice! Our room was always kept so clean; it was small but we were out all day so it didn’t bother us.. my child stayed in a hotel that was over £250/ night and his room wasn’t much bigger than ours. There’s no air conditioning but it wasn’t bad coz we left the window open and had the fan going. This is also common in London. We did have a leak in the shower, reported it, got fixed, but started again. We did find a way to keep it from leaking.

Reem hotel is at very good location, and the service from the workers are friendly. But, the poor connecting of internet is terrible and not good for travelers. We all need the Wi-Fi to communicate outside. It is highly recommend to change well system of router.

Liked that it was close to stores and tube. Older hotel didnt like the cramped rm, no place to put clothes or bags,also very hot even though we had fan and window open at night. made for a very cluttered rm, the breakfast was excelent, staff in breakfast rm were very nice and couldnt do enough for you. We got told to check at reception and they would show us larger rm but guy there wasnt very helpful, seemed like it was to much trouble so i just walked away.
