สถานที่ตั้ง: The location is great. You are central to a lot of London tourist attractions.
For starters the bed felt like you were sleeping on the box springs, very uncomfortable. Also the shower and washroom facilities were very small and cramped. It looked like these facilities were stuck into an old closet. It was very hard to get in and out of, and you had to step up/down when you were getting in and out of it. As we were there for 3 days, the amenities (coffee, tea etc) were not replaced after we used them the first night. For what it cost per night for this hotel, I do not believe that we got our money's worth.

we booked a twin room and was given a double bed and put u up on the 4th floor, no lift, no phone, tv hardly viewable ! so small. cleanliness not a top priority !

Very disappointing. First off you have to walk down to a second hotel to check in. Eaton Square has no elevator so you have to lug your cases and other stuff up a set of very narrow steep staircases. The rooms are small and complete with old plastic furniture. The loo had come away from the wall by about 2 inches. The tap unit was just about falling off in the sink. The water did not drain in the shower, which I might add was the size of a shoe box, and the shower head kept falling off its holder. The curtain over the bath window was a white plastic sheet nailed to the window frame. While there, London was suffering a heat wave as was I in my room with no air conditioning. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had booked two single rooms for my college and me. When we got to the reception (in a neighbor hotel), we got one single and one double room. One from the reception followed us to our room; the double room was in the cellar, a dungeon with no windows and brown colored walls. The light in the bathroom did not work, and we complained in the reception over this. It was difficult to see whether the room was clean or not due to the darkness of the room. The single room was upstairs, and it had a big window towards the street, the window gave good light in the room, and it unfortunately also revealed how dirty the room was. The bed was a plastic covered (leather look) couch, and the foot end was a couple of inches lower than the rest of the bed. The breakfast started at 7:00 (at the neighbor hotel), we should leave the hotel at 6:20, so it was arranged that they should provide breakfast at 6:00. It is late on a weekday to start breakfast at 7.00!

สถานที่ตั้ง: The area is quite nice. Close to Victoria Station tube and tour buses. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Room was a block away from check-in. Four flight walk-up. No working bulbs in a very moldy bathroom. No in room phone. Horribly stained carpet. Large window, no screen, overlooking the back of other buildings. This is in "one of the better areas" of London. The hotel manager had NEVER seen the room, and I'm thinking no one from any booking agency ever did, either. Hugely disappointing. Good thing London was terrific.

The phone in the room was not working, and even though they told me repeatedly they were fixing it, they never made any effort to do so. Nor did they apologize. I was supposed to have internet in my room, but it was not working. The staff was not friendly at all, and made me feel that I was an inconvenience to them. In fact, everytime I walked into the lobby, the group of women there stopped talking and just stared at me as if I was intruding in on their private conversation. The food was mediocre and boring - same thing each day, and again, the staff did not help me at all when I struggled to figure out what was expected of me in the dining area. No one EVER asked me if I was ok, if I needed anything, if I was happy. Of all the hotels I've stayed at through Hotels.com, this is the only one I have been unhappy with.
