Loved our stay here. Window out to the train station courtyard. Several restaurants and gelato options right out our door. Lovely little town and this hotel was incredibly convenient for the Bernina Express

The property is right next to the train station. We came to Tirano by train from Milan. Stayed one night and the following morning we boarded the Bernina Expres

Nice small hotel
Nice small hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. We had dinner,bed and breakfast and followed that with a long lunch before heading off on the Bernina express. Very reasonably priced (after Rome). Very quiet overnight and a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of a city.

Hotel Bernina has outstanding staff and is in a great location to base your self whilst exploring all the surrounding towns. Highly recommend value for money and great location. We had a wonderful stay in Tirano

Weekend in Tirano
Wonderful location! Very friendly and helpful staff who gave great directions and recommendations. Nice, adequate breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

It was in a great location and easy walking from the the train station. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was good.

Roupas de cama péssimas… o lencol parecia uma fronha grande q só chegava na cintura, e o edredom igual ao que usamos para crianças de 5-6 anos, incompatível com o uso de adultos… Muito barulho de outros hóspedes mal educados…

The one night stay at this hotel was very enjoyable. The fact that it is locted right next to the train/bus stations was the best feature of all! It is an older hotel but kept clean and tidy. The receptionist was efficient and very hospitable. We told her we will miss our breakfast due to the 6:50 am train we had to take. She took the initiative to prepare two to-go bags with snacks and drinks for us. However she forgot to inform us to check out the night before departure because the desk would be closed until 7:30am! This little oversight caused a small panic for me. At the end, I just left the room key with a hand written note on the receptionist desk. Hope this will all work out at the end.

The place is really nice, however, there is no SC, which I knew. The problem is it was extremely hot out and with no AC they have a small fan only. When I asked for another fan I was told not available. We had to sleep with windows wide open, no screens, bugs flies during the night. This led to no privacy as the walkway for the 3 rd floor looks right in our window. Terrible night sleep. Thank heavens we only stay one night!

Chosen as a few steps away from the train stations, situated off a pretty square. Loved our comfortable room where we found a table and chairs outside on the exterior corridor. Sat out in the evening with a view of the mountains and a garden or two. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not much choice at all at 9.30am. Just a few slices of meat,cheese, bread,some fruit juices and tea. Couldn't find any coffee. Overall, enjoyed our 1 night stay

Perfect Location - Great Service
Location is perfect, directly across a quaint piazza from the train station. Easy access for Bernina Express riders. Very friendly and helpful staff, room, common area and restaurant were clean. Large size room and accessed a small outdoor patio area on 1st floor. Very happy with our stay.
