Check in was easy and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. They were friendly and answered all the questions we had.

OK hotel
hotel is a little tired and in need of some updates. Bed was comfortable, locks were a problem. Fridge was very noisy. Ok but not great overall.

Had to submit a request twice for maintenance for a constantly running toilet. During our 6 night stay it NEVER got fixed, makig flushing a nightmare. Had to fill tank with pitcher. Had an "accessible" room. The bed was so close to the wall that I would NOT call this room accessible. The tub did have grab bars everywhere and shower seat. The staff was friendly, but failed to submit the maintenance requests for toilet to be fixed. Also noticed roach crawling on the walls on 3 different days.

My son-in-law, daughter, and grandson now live in nearby Vilonia, AR and we brought my mother up to visit them. She stayed with them and my wife and I stayed with Candlewood. Our third time to stay here. Always a good stay.

I am in Conway for an undetermined amount of time due to a family health issue. This hotel gives me the option of keeping my clothes washed & dried easily. I can also save money from dining out as they have a full refrigerator, dishwasher and two burner stove top in the room. It's clean. The rooms are nice and cool during this extreme July heat wave. Parking is convenient. It is close to Walmart within walking distance. It is also close to fast food and sit down restaurants. The staff has been friendly and very helpful. They have a convenience area off the lobby for coffee 24/7 along with oatmeal packets for breakfast, etc. There are also items that can be purchased at a reasonable cost for breakfast and dinner in the refrigerated area. They have a gym along with laundry facilities on the first floor. For my current needs it has been a great place to stay. I have been here 8 days and am booked through the end of another week. I would stay here again.
No one at check in. Had to call for some one, and then had to wait. Then charged a $150 incidental fee. Thought that was a bit much.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay! I apologize that your stay was not as satisfactory as we like our guests to have. I do understand the frustrations of not having someone to greet you at the desk, however we do provide a number to call so that our guests do not wait for long. Sometimes our front desk employees are assisting other guests.
Regarding the authorization for incidentals, this is the amount we hold for all third party reservation. This is to cover any potential room damages such as smoking.
Please know that we will take this information and use it to better improve our services and skills.

It’s our second stay with Candlewood and have had an amazing stay both times.
Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and provide all amenities..
Even on site laundry, free to use for guests, also appreciate the store. Grab what you need and just write a ticket.. it’s added to your room fee..
Everyone was so nice and polite. I traveled with a small dog and they were very nice to my dog they made sure he had anything he needed. Including me made sure I had everything I needed. It was very quiet no banging or clanging. Would definitely stay there again.
There were no bed bugs in the room and the carpet was just professionally cleaned last month. You called the hotel and spoke with me claiming that there were bed bugs and trying to get a refund. When I explained that the room had been inspected that we found no evidence of bed bugs, you made several nasty comments, cursed at me and hung up in my face. The hotel does not and has not had an instance f bed bugs in the 2 years that I have managed.
