This is our second stay here, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had our dog with us and everyone loved her. Lots of door dash options nearby.

Water not hot
The hotel was very nice and clean! Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. The only big downfall was the water would not get hot for our showers. I took a shower at 6:55 am and the water would not get hot. It wasn’t some cold but it definitely was uncomfortable. I took another shower the next day at 9:15 am same thing. My parents had the same experience.

I apologize for the inconvenience you encountered with the hot water during your stay. We had a problem with the boiler and had to wait for a part to be delivered for the repair. We did our best to keep the hot water flowing the best we could. I understand your frustration but please now we had the repairs done as quickly as possible.

Comfortable large room, Bathtub chipped and in poor condition Only One elevator and sometimes had to wait 5 minutes. Only two luggage carts Staff were were pleasant but untrained. A bus tour seemed to discombobulate them. Came down to breakfast at 7:30 to find no seating and out of many things. Ice machine only worked on one floor. Vending gave wrong sodas Room keys didn’t work when we got to room. USBs by bed broken.

Super nice staff! Comfy room and bed. The front desk allowed our family of 18 people to gather and dine together in the breakfast area. Lots of tables and chairs to relax and socialize. Thanks Holiday Inn Express !
