The room was clean but worn down and our toilet continued to run throughout the afternoon and evening of our last night. The staff was very friendly but kept to themselves (one hello during our 3 day trip would have been nice). I wish the insulation would have been better as we were heard our neighbors to the left and above us. But for the price we paid- beggars can’t be choosers

There’s no elevator and the bathroom has an odor. Overall it was ok for an overnight stay. The sheets were clean and the man at the desk was very nice.

We stayed here for 4 days. Loved that it was quiet. The breakfast is ok, but the avoid the processed egg disks. The staff were nice. Check in and check out were quick. Beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great check in experience, staff was very friendly, breakfast was ok (standard). The only downside was we were in the Junior Suite which was great with lots of windows but was quite bright at night and blinds did not keep the city lights out. If you like pitch dark room pick an interior room with curtains not blinds.

This not easily identified but eventually I was able to locate it. It is near quite a few gas stations and options for dining. The pool looked nice but was closed for maintenance. The staff was courteous and professional.

I have stayed at this hotel once a mo. For 6 mos for a training in the area. I stayed here because of the affordable rate. I reviewed this property on my 1st stay and now my last. The simple changes I noticed! PAINTING! The property was always clean but fresh coats of paint and a few minor repairs have really made a lot of difference! Staff was excellent, friendly, efficient and welcoming the who,e time! If I ever return to the area I will stay again!

This property was ok at best. The hallway smelled of marijuana, the pool was out of order, the breakfast was not good. The bagels and English muffins were stale and there was no protein offered and no hot items. The rooms were not great there was no stopper for the bathtub for my daughter to take a bath. The furniture was old and the room had a weird smell. I’ve stayed in worse but also in much much better.

The main reason I won't stay here again is I was checked in by a staff member a couple of hours before I even arrived. Expedia even sent me an e-mail asking how my check in went when I was still over 100 miles away. When I did arrive, the staff that was there was confused. She was extremely nice, but she didn't know why a room was checked out in my name. She had to call someone who then said he checked us before we arrived. Why? That is not right at all. What about the places I was supposed to sign/initial? How could someone just overlook that without my permission? That process seems shady.

Everyone at the property was friendly and professional. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Kids had a great time in the pool. The property is older and shows some signs of its age, but we felt it aligned nicely with the price. We will stay there again on our travels.
