Unfortunately my stay was awful. At check-in, we were told, we would have to check out early as the hotel is having an electricity check so the hotel will lose all electricity. Which is fine. However 1. this should have been communicated to us before our arrival so we can decide if we want to proceed or find somewhere else to stay. 2. I needed an early checkin. If you are going to throw us out of the room early, the absolute least you can do is let us have an early checkin. But no. The woman was very 'computer says no' She did not check if there were any rooms available. She did not care we were a large family group. Zero empathy. No we cannot stay in a dark room with no electricity for 2 hours. So yes you are forcing people out early. I have emailed customer services and the hotel and zero response. The lack of communication, accountability and response is disgusting. But I guess you get what you pay for. If you want to be treated like piece of crap, sure this is the place to come. But seriously, run away. Book something else for your piece of mind. Run far far away. Holiday Inn, if you want to speak with me, how about you respond to my email?
