Nice hotel, clean room but could clean the windows to enhance the view. Do not like the pricey mini bar fridge that you cannot use to store your own beverages and have to resort to an ice bucket. Room could also use a keurig. Got woken up by some screaming drunk in the middle of the night. The check in app very convenient and just go to the self serve check in was great. Calling front desk and was on hold for over 1/2 hour listening to sales pitch extremely annoying, had to walk downstairs to find an infinity line up. We were looking at extending our stay but to find out that the rates were more than double and hotel recommended to go online for better rates, we ended up changing hotel ( much better hotel). Having said that, we still had a nice stay and I know they’re changing to Hard Rock hotel. Pool area very nice and hotel situated in the middle of the strip, I would recommend

We booked a strip view, we were placed in the westernmost wing at the very end of the hallway, about as far from the strip as could be. While we had a peekaboo view of some of the strip. This wasn't what I booked. Although I called the property a month in advance to make sure the pool was available during our stay, it didnt open until 2 days after we left. I didn't use the spa,I didnt use the exercise room, and I didnt need to visit the onsite barber. I stayed four nights and two of the resturants were closed throughout our stay despite being advertised throughout the casino. The steakhouse however was excellent.

I am highly claustrophobic and requested a floor five or under and could not be accommodated. Expedia wrote a note but did not do much more. I had to rent across the road at the best western.

The resort was great. Room service wasnt to good , after 3 day we had to get room service to clean room . We noticed they only picked up ,no new towels. Over all visit was awesome. Get to pool earily it fills up quick.

My wife and I stayed for a week.This hotel was very nice , room was very clean and kept up daily by housekeeping.parking is 20.00 per day and the resort fees were not worth it but still a nice time

Casino gambling area is small. The pool closes at 5 and it was hot so we wanted to enjoy it after 5. Lots of things closed. Wont stay there again

Mirage is a great property that has stood the test of time. My favorite pool on the strip. I was happy to stay here for probably the last time before it becomes a Hard Rock property.

This is a decent hotel for the price right on the strip. Def showing its age a bit with some lumpy floors and wear on various furniture, windows, fixtures, etc. Room feels more 3 star than 4 star. The pool is phenomenal but is usually very crowded/loud and hours are not nearly long enough. Opens at 10 and closes at 5? How about 9-7 at least? One of my big issues while staying here is that there is no mini fridge included, you would have to rent one for $35 a day. You could buy a mini fridge from Amazon and have it delivered to the hotel at that price, and then give it away at end of stay for less money. Instead of providing a fridge they have a mini bar fridge mostly stocked with alcohol at exorbitant prices, which I had zero interest in. And you cant use that for your own stuff. Staff here were very cordial and accommodating.

My stay could not have gone better! Everyone- from Arturo at check-in to the valet to the room service folks to the housekeeping staff to the maintenance folks to the management- was amazing, easy to deal with, polite, and got things done. You can't ask for better than that. As far as my room goes, it was fantastic. I had windows with spanning views of the strip in one direction, the mountains in another. Best part was the room was comfy, no bed bugs (I've had them, yuch!!) it was clean with a mini-bar, a great soaker tub and just terrific. I've stayed in other hotels in Vegas because I've been there much over the years, but this place is exceptional, many shops too... and they've got The Beatles experience! In the words of Arnold, I'll be back! What a great place.

I've never seen any hotel would charge for bringing empty plate or fork now I did! Mirage charges about 2 $ for every plate and 9$ for delivering it to your room! I really like the location of the hotel; I could have easy access to main Vegas' attractions.

We absolutely loved our 4 night stay in complete luxury in our penthouse suite overlooking the exploding volcano. The suite was spectacular as was the table room service. The bathroom and shower areas were bigger than the living room therefore my husband and I had no problems preparing for our day. The price for this stay on the 28th floor was surprisingly affordable! The amenities were top notch!

The property and rooms are clean, well-appointed and designed. My lroblem with this hotel is their terrible communication and substandard bookeeping. I paid for a night to treat a friend and she was kicked out of the room later that evening. Shame on you!

From 04/22-04/23 checked outMs. Rowe came to the Front Desk on the night of 04/23 requesting to stay another night beyond what you paid for, but was unable to provide a form of payment and departed the property since she did not have a reservation for the night of 04/23.Thank you and it is our sincere desire that you will return in the future.

The staff was so accommodating. I had an issue with my room and the manager on duty changed it immediately. Everyone was so polite. I will definitely stay here again.
