Felt very outdated. Carpets, walls, etc. were dingy and dirty. Two of the 4 elevators were malfunctioning the entirety of my 5 night stay. The only other set of elevators was clear across the building.

The Luxor is not somewhere that I would be staying again. The hotel room was dirty. They came in to “clean” it which did nothing but change out the towels. Hair on the floor. Gummies under the bed (not from us). Check in was a nightmare. Took an hour just to check in. To be fair though you get what you pay for so with that being said just be aware.

Slow check in -- 30 minutes in line. Room was hot because curtains left open in the sun. Took a very long time to heat, but once cooled off it stayed cold. TV system can't give you regular free TV without hunting for something. Can't pick a channel, but there's no guide included. Everything is a challenge to find, like registration or elevators. You are forced to go past an endless maze of slot machines to go anywhere. Frustrating. Cheap room undermined by add on fees (resort fees, parking fees, etc).

Loved staying here with our little kiddos. The beds were very comfortable and although we heard cars outside, we didn’t hear much else (luckily no loud neighbors). Nice having a separate bedroom from the rest of the hotel room staying in a 2 queen suite.

I loved staying at Luxor. Nice rooms (a bit old but clean and nice), got to experience an inclined elevator which was very interesting. Lots of food options available. Very well organized, well placed directions and instructions. Easy to find places of interest. The reason I’m giving it a 3 is the horrifically slow checkin and checkout process. We arrived at about 3AM(yes, very late at night) and there were maybe 5 groups (about 10 people) ahead of us. It took an entire hour to get checked in and we could not understand that despite the fact that several people were working at the counter, everything seemed to move super slow. Same at checkout. I really hope they will find a solution to this problem in the future because it’s an important and necessary step all tourists have to go through. Nothing else worked: website, QR code etc. we are domestic travelers and ID should have been smooth online yet our reservation was not found and we had to suffer through the lengthy in person checkin process

Unfortunately I didn't get to stay in the room and the front desk would not cancel because my mom had already checked in. The noise was outrageous, even understanding this is las vegas you should be able to sleep in your room.

From the moment we checked in to our departure, the staff at the Luxor were over and beyond what one expects to encounter in Vegas. It truly felt like a 4 star resort experience for the price of a motel!!

House keeping took an hour to bring extra blankets and pillows, had to call them twice. No complimentary water nor coffee, no shuttles provided to and from Airports. Long lines to check in. Food overly priced, for the quality. But, they did have resort fees, not too happy with this Hotel.

Love the look, scale, and atmosphere at the hotel. Fitting glitz and glamour for Las Vegas. However, the property condition was below expectations. Nearly every elevator I rode (room on 12) rattled and the covers for emergency calls had been missing for a while (graffiti). The room fridge and coffee maker were missing, and the AC would not stay at my desired temp. For the price and reputation, Luxor missed expectations.

No one that actually worked at the Luxor was really present to ask questions just people trying to get you to agree to a voucher which is just a scam to get you to go to a 2 hr time share presentation. Was not thrilled or impressed that was the first thing we encountered entering the hotel to check in. Some of the staff at the check in counter were rude and very short and not helpful same thing at the luggage service counter.

The line to check in was super long. Worse than going through airport security. Make sure to give yourself at least 40 minutes or longer to check in at the front desk. Otherwise you will miss your dinner reservation or show.
