The food was very good. Cooked very well and a different variety everyday , no complaints. However most of the facilities were not open sauna , jacuzzi and the indoor pool was freezing cold. The gym was only accessable limited hours unless you kept bothering reception for a key so we didn't bother. Not much to do in the surrounding area after about 10pm

Dismal experience
It was a dismal experience. Staff very unfriendly. We were all inclusive but we’re grumpy when asked a soft drink. Did not give even shower gel. Hair dryer was broken. On the last day the cleaner took away all the towels and we were left with none before check out late night

Good location and poor cleaning
Hi First I paid for a room with a sea view and got a room without a sea view only if you try you can see some of the sea between the trees, I asked for a room on a higher floor to see the sea but the hotel claimed there are no available rooms (I booked in advance and paid extra for sea view) The cleanliness was fine until I saw ants in the room and a lot and the bonus was in the room great gooks I immediately contacted the hotel reception and explained the case The person in charge of the place claimed that Cyprus is a hot country and it is very common for there to be insects or ants in the rooms. I was just shocked too I live in a hot country But in hotels I know that commandments are done against such pests This is the first time I have encountered such a low level of aesthetics and cleanliness

Ok hotel but very over priced.
Very small rooms and use of water parks as pictured in photos at time of booking is not included in your price and is charged completely separately which we found very misleading. Decor very nice but serious lack of sound proofing on windows/doors and music from local venue (Blue Spice) can be heard as though musicians are in the room with you, not ideal for small kids. Pool area very nice. Room cleaning lacked consistency.

we loved our stay!!
Great hotel!! Great service, staff, room, facilities and location!! We are a young couple with a 1 year old baby, which can be a struggle sometimes traveling with a baby, but this hotel made our stay so easy!! We had a baby cot in the room which was great!!

We had a late check in. When we arrived we were given a room with no double glazed windows. In the nearby club there was an event and we could hear the loud noise and music. We couldnt sleep until 3:30 in the morning. When I tried to call the reception to complain nobody answer the phone. Also in the room we found an underwear placed in the hook behind the toilet door. This was an indication that they didnt clean the room as they supposed. In the morning when I went to complain at the reception they didnt pay any attention to what I was saying to them. Some other clients were also complaining at the same time and I saw that they didnt want to hear or give attention. Is one of the few times in my life I saw such indifferent reaction from people at the reception / hotel management.

Επιγοντος ανακαινιση-δεν αξιζει τα λευτα του
Θελει μια ρυζικη ανακαινιση το ξενοδοχειο. Για το wifi ηθελαν €10 τη ημερα. Για το υδροπαρκο πληρωσαμε εξτρα λευτα. Το πρωσοπικο ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικο. Το δωματιο ενω ηταν καθαρο ειχε ασχημη μυρωδια γιατι δεν υπαρχει εξαερισμος....

Very friendly staff. Kyriakos welcomed us back after 11 years away, he looked after us so well. Wish we were still there now. Food was lovely and a variety. Very clean and tidy. Room was spacious. Jacuzzi needed cleaning and water adding that was our only let down.

Το ξενοδοχείο έχει ένα waterpark στο οποίο όπως υπάρχει έξτρα χρέωση 15 ευρώ το άτομο. Αυτό δεν αναφέρεται στα πλείστα websites και δίνεται η εντύπωση στον ταξιδιώτη ότι περιλαμβάνεται στην τιμή που κράτησης. Υπάρχει επίσης έξτρα χρέωση 10 ευρώ την ημέρα για το Wi-Fi, η οποία είναι υπερβολική. Ζούμε στο έτος 2018 και το Wi-Fi δεν είναι είδος πολυτέλειας αλλά αγαθό πρώτης ανάγκης. Εγώ προσωπικά δεν θυμάμαι πότε ήταν η τελευταία φορά που πήγα σε ξενοδοχείο και το χρέωναν έξτρα. Η τηλεόραση στο δωμάτιο δεν έπιανε κυπριακά κανάλια. Έπιανε μόνο 4 ή 5 ξένα κανάλια (ένα ρωσικό, ένα γαλλικό, ένα αγγλικό και ένα αραβικό). Στο μπάνιο του δωματίου οι κρεμάστρες ήταν ξεχαρβαλωμένες. Το πρόγευμα ήταν αρκετά καλό αλλά το δείπνο πολύ πιο κάτω του μέτριου. Το προσωπικό ήταν αρκετά ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει, αλλά αρκετοί από αυτούς και μάλιστα κοπέλες που δούλευαν στο reception δεν μιλούσαν ελληνικά. Αυτό πιστεύω ότι είναι απαράδεκτο για ένα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων την Κύπρο.

Just a good stay
A good overall stay, However staff are overworked and seem to not fully understand what they are doing most of the time as they are passed between posts. I don't think there is one legit bar man/women they knows how to make a drink. Entertainment was minimal to say the least. Food Five stars. Info on arrival very limited as we had no rep. But all in all good stay and we enjoyed our selfs
