Dear mrs Yvonne, I'm sorry to hear that you found some difficulties reaching our structure located in the beautiful pedestrian area of Riva del Garda. Simultaneously with bookng the guest receives information about the access with car in the pedestrian area to reach the doors of the hotel. Courtesy kit given to guests at the check in is well stocked, in the bathroom there are also some single soaps extra. If you needed something extra you've should ask to the staff, and they would provide to satisfy your needed. Hope that you enjoyed all the comforts offered and included in the price. Dear guest, the structure is named Bellavista Hotel Deluxe Apartments because the client may choose between a stay in a room or a stay in an apartment. You choose the second solution, however client benefits of all conforts. At the arrival beds are prepared with bed linen, cortesy kit for the bathroom, garbage kit and kitchen kit. The cleaning of the room is carried out every 4 days, and it's included the change of bed linen, if the clients asks it's possible to have a daily cleaning with a little extra cost. We offer three differents options for the waste disposal: - Delivery to the cleaning lady in the morning - In front of the hotel from 6.30 to 8.30 - At every hour of the day in the garbage area (500 mt far by the hotel) Who stays in the apartment can have breakfast with another little extra cost. I think that if the client reads all the conditions before booking he couldn't have reasons to complain. Finally, I can say that if the client books an apartment, and then he want to change the reservation and take a room, he can speak with the receptiont's staff, and they will find the best solution.
