A comfortable budget hotel. For the price, no complaints. It's in an area seeing some major construction projects, but lots of cheap food places nearby and about 10-12 minutes walking to the monorail or metro.

To avoid
Stay there for 1 night but haven't sleep at all . Infront of the hotel there are bulidings on construction and they work almost all night long. You can hear the noise inside your room . Should have inform guest while doing the booking that we have to bring ear plug along . A food court nearby apart that you have nothing within reach for a walking distance . The staff was ok as I came at night and leave early morning .

Staff are welcoming but very slow checkin (a guy with glasses), takes 15-20 mins to get the key .. smoking room with windows .. wardrobe with cloth hanger .. wifi not functioning .. very smallllll bathroom, so small less than one fathom .. new and good condition of towel .. the bathroom door was so old and kinda rusty, mossy and spoiled .. bathroom not cleaned properly, quite dirty .. checkout latest by 1pm (RM10 for every additional hour) .. mamak restaurant downstairs .. bottled water at the reception, RM1 each .. near to everything .. plenty of parking nearby ..

I stayed only one day with my family. Staff Reception is very good but no room service. House keeping very very bad. This is old hotel. Maintainess very poor. Out side area is so good many restaurants r available. And with this amount there is many hotels In this area.

Friendly staff. Complete facilities. Good location
Easy to go about. No worries about food. A walking distance to Berjaya mall. Right opposite the chocolate factory.

It is located close to Pavilion, Time Square and Bukit Bintang. It is quiet and comfortable except the bathroom need maintenance as the bathroom door won't shut (the timber has swollen due to moisture. Staff are very helpful.

Budget hotel that near town area
The staff are very good and patient. The cleanliness of the room is good but the toilet got a bit dark and dirty.Besides that, the 24 hours restaurant is the mamak stall beside the hotel, so it got a bit noisy if they are watching football match. It usually no parking besides the hotel, so we need to go back to the hotel early to park our car. The wifi always not stable and sometimes no wifi at all.

Very Poor. The bath room not inside the room. The room aircon is not cool,maybe the bed is near with aircon motor.Very noisy can heard the "neighbour" sound which the beside and infront room seem as stay more than 4peoples.

Our experience at Victory Street 1 Boutique Hotel
The lady at the counter in the afternoon was not very friendly. The room arrangement was not very friendly if you have table-work to be done. No table lamp and the room light on the ceiling is rather dim. The phone is situated across the room making it so inconvenient to make a call when sitting at the table or in bed, which is where people spend most of their time in the room. The water from the bathtub was horribly dirty, it was brown with lots of particles. There were no toothbrushes nor toothpaste. we planned to stay there for three days, but spent only one night, though we were forced to pay for two night. Horrible place, I wouldn't stay there.

While booking through Expedia.. Early check in is assured. When I went thier they took 30MYR extra for 3 hrs. Bad thing in hotels late check in around 2 P M and 3 P M.. This is very bad.

Quite a pleasant hotel and staff were quite pleasant. Comfortable room with clean bed and air con and room with a window but not all got one. Good location and price reasonable. Will come back again.

Cheap and not too far from the action.
It was a pleasure to stay here if only to see what a cheap hotel in the golden triangle looks like. Bed and staff were nice. Bathroom and wifi were not good. Location, a bit of a hike to the main shopping area. I don't recommend the hotel but for the price it worked for us.

It was a room with a bathroom. Noisy in hallways. They didn't exactly clean the room, just changed sheets and towels. We were in a no-smoking room, but people were smoking in other rooms and in halls so we could smell the smoke.

Room was tiny & heard loud noises outside which gave me sleepless night. Bathroom was not well-maintained, fixtures looked very old like that of an old house. Location is NOT accessible to any public transportation.

Okay but a bit far away from the main action
Initially, I booked with the Victory 2. When I arrived, the hotel was overbooked and I was sent to Victory Street. The first room I stayed in, the television stations were not clear and the bathroom was down outside the room (in a corridor). There are no amenities in the room or the hotel, except the WiFi was good. On the upside, the room was clean, the sheets were new, the bed was firm. The staff did their best to make you feel comfortable, although the location is a bit far from the action.

Nice hotel especially for the price.
It was a very nice though small hotel but excellant for the price. The room was small with no table or chairs and the closet was only 1' wide by 6' tall with 3 hangers though I'm sure I could have gotten more if I asked. The bathroom was small with no seperate shower stall and a handheld shower head.The hotel had only recently opened and the restaurant wasn't finished but you could order food from a nearby restaurant. Though I didn't order food there, I did eat at the restaurant and it was very good. The hotel is situated on a back road not far from some main roads and convienent to serveral shopping malls. Across the street and around the corner there were 2 chocolate, a coffe and leather outlets that were featured on serveral tours we took. There are also serveral restaurants nearby. Though the size and furniture in the room and the shower were noy great the staff was exceptionally helpful and eager to please and made the stay enjoyable. The wireless internet also worked very well. It was very good especially for the price if you just want to use your room to sleep and shower between tours and shopping.
