One thing to note before the following positive review; if internet access in the room is essential to you, be forewarned internet is only available in some rooms. But very clean and comfortable with stylish décor. Our deluxe double room had a big window with a panoramic city view. The receptionist who checked us in was friendly and helpful as were the cleaning staff. The location is very central for eating and shopping and convenient for public transport.

Overall okay
Air conditioning is central therefore cannot adjust temperature in the room. Lights in the room can be replaced with brighter ones. Better if there are more English TV channels Free water dispenser in the lobby. Shower was good. No breakfast. Better if check in is at 1 pm. Receptionists good. Overall okay. No serious complaints.

Clean, big bathroom, centralised aircon, good location. Place has seen better days, and although roomy, the rooms' glory is fading. If you can get it for USD 15 or less including all add on fees, then well worth it.

Malaysia trip
First of all there was no way I could check-in early; there is no such of thing with them! The picture of the place is deceiving! I tried to tell the Front desk Attendant that we needed two beds; well the reservation I made said “Full bed or twin beds”; and they only had a full bed. When I tried to beg him to please get us twins; he just stated that I needed to wait until check-in time and if they had it, they had it if not then it was my choice (I blame this on me because I should have never booked it); I ended up going to China Town (2)!

Great stay in the deluxe room
Deluxe Room is more comfortable than standard room as it has it's own a/c in addition to the central (uncontrollable) a/c. Large windows give a great view of the city. Variety of reasonably priced food within the area and close to free GOKL bus stop. Friendly staff and housekeeping asks everyday if you need cleaning or fresh towels. Only con is a lady boy kept coming into the hotel and fell asleep on the lobby couch near the elevator and no one made him/her leave despite all the snoring... Overall: #ExclusiveTrail approves

Budget friendly room
Pros: prime location, close to well priced delicious food, near GoKL bus stop (free transit), friendly staff, elevator in lobby (2nd floor), cold/hot water dispenser in lobby. Cons: hard to keep track of time in windowless room, mattress was a little worn out and you can feel its springs, wifi will sometimes disconnect Overall: #ExclusiveTrail approved

No PARKING AT ALL...
I filter for my hotel searching with Car Park... this hotel show have car park... but when i arrive.. not easy to find 1st.. wrong information that they give to expedia have car park.. YEAH have car park but in other premise about 1 hour rm3.50 and public parking 1 hour rm5... crazy expensive... then thanks expedia refund my money and dont too believe with any information about this hotel...

Clean comfortable room
Good room, clean, comfortable, free drinking water, helpful staff. Only negative is that it is a centralised air conditioning which meant that the smell of durian often engulfed our room!

Good location, but hotel looks tired
Location right in the centre of Chinatown was great. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room needs a bit of TLC. No hot water for the shower. Wifi wasn't great. Did have 24 hour reception which suited my needs.

Nice hotel and staff were friendly. I stayed in ac room and could hear the person in the bext room singing at 4am which was not nice. The rest of the experience was good and the food right outside is amazing, so many options and alot of cheap shopping

This hotel is the cheapest hotel in KL given that it is situated in China Town where you can find cheap and nice stuff esp souvenirs. A lot of delectable Chinese food to choose from. Front desk personnel are also okay.

Everything is awesome here, especially the location. The room will be cleaned everyday for you. Although my room is so small but it is still ok because I spend whole day outside. Overall I recommend this hotel and will stay here if I come back KL.

The location is good and the hotel is comfortable.
Located on the "Petaling Street" and surrounded by many food stalls and shops. The hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced.

Nice Hotel, But......
I would have given a 5 for Hotel Staff and Room Comfort, but; #1) The Hotel Staff were super nice and helpful except for one older Chinese man working the counter during a day and a half of our 4 day stay. He was very grouchy and unhelpful. He'd 'snarl' if I asked him any questions about getting around in the city. Why he is in the hotel/tourism business is beyond me. #2 ) Room Comfort was good, except the rooms are too cold and there is no way to control the air con in the rooms.

Good budget hotel
Stayed in deluxe room which provided us with the basics. Good air con and WiFi in room. Comfy bed and hot water. Spacious room with view of market. However a little noisy throughout night (you might be better off without a window if a light sleeper). Room was cleaned every day. Staff were helpful.

My stay at Hotel China Town Inn overall was quite pleasant, room was clean, neat and tidy & friendly staffs, their even allow us to check-in at 7am when there was no one occupy the room & without paying any extra charges. Hotel location was perfect. There was something the hotel needed to be improve was their air-condition was not powerful enough that found sultry in the middle night, and shower needed a weird operation you have to turn on tap let the shower running for 10 minutes then hot water came out. It such a wasting water. The was for Room 309 that we stayed.

Just passing through on our way to Shri Lanka. In the heart of China Town, busy bustling area. Once you find the hotel, which is tucked away at the back of a busy shopping street you will find a clean and comfortable place to stay. Daily room cleaning and fresh towels just happen. Good value for money. Our biggest problem was the OYO name on Hotels.com This is not the hotel name but one of their "partners" who appear to want their name advertised. We went around in circles in a taxi trying to find the hotel and ended up with a large bill. The Hotel name is Hotel China Town, not OYO Hotel.

I had a great stay in a nice hotel. Price was competitive and the hotel was very nice. My room didn't have a window, which made for great sleeping.

Overly budget hotel
I asked for a double bed but was told i booked last minute and they only had 2 single beds room available. Room has no AC, only centralised AC which was not cold at all. No towels as well.

Hotel was OK, fit the description and matched the price. We found service below average and ended up moving to another hotel when we wanted to extend our stay in China town as it feel like front desk staff didn't care and it was too hard for them.
