I do not want to be too harsh, but, the room I stayed in, 1 Bedroom Suite, was adequate but very basic. A little bit of age starting to show. No WiFi, to talk about, unless you ventured to the reception area. All the negatives start to outweigh the good.

Property was fairly new and pool facilities were good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Rooms were large with 2 TVs but neither worked very well. The pictures and sound were very poor as if no aerial. Unfortunately the room floors were pretty dirty with horrible stains. Needed a good wash. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had to be delivered to the room and had a good choice. I don't think there was a restaurant! We had to choose a time that we wanted delivery of breakfast. It was an hour late and cold didn't bother eating it.

Disappointed with my room
The initial apartment was awful and I genuinely am/was considering taking this much further, it was at the very least false advertising. I ending up having to upgrade to another apartment which cost an additional £11.00 per night for 18 nights on top of the amount already paid.

When entering the room there was a smell from the toilets / drains , the couch is in desperate need of a deep clean and the air con needs servicing . The staf were pleasant enough as were the facilities but had I been paying the full price rather than the sale price I would have complained there and then .

A little far from anything. The rooms are completely bare, no phone or little “trinkets”. The pool was nice as was the sauna but the hot tub wasn’t in use (hadn’t been for months) and the swim up bar didn’t open once. A disappointing place to be honest.

Little gem between Bo Phut and Bangrak.
A little isolated, so will need a motorcycle as taxi fares are costly. Apart from that, the room (grand studio) was very clean with very comfortable bedding

Reasonable price but lack of service
Nothing much to explain. Room was comfortable but it is too hard to get in and out from hotel since some part is condominium and we got only one card to access. No room introduction just get in for sleep is fine. Gym was old.

Terrible location and wifi
The room and hotel itself were nice but wifi is terrible, could not get any wifi in our room and even in areas where the wifi signal was strong it was very slow and did not work well. 15 to 20 mins walk from anything and very dangerous to walk along the road especially at night as there are no side paths. Hotel taxi is quite expensive considering the location and starts at 200 baht. Perhaps they should consider a free shuttle? Hotel staff speak very limited English. More of an apartment complex then a hotel/resort

All staff are kindly and helpful. Pool is really good and peaceful. Room condition is okay, it is just like as much as its price. Little far from the central festival which is city central area in Koh Samui but There is free shuttle twice in a day. It was really helpful. Wifi seems depends on rooms or building. Poor in rooms. In the reception areas, it works well. Seems there is many people stay long.

The replay is a poorly built condo building with little soundproofing unless you are in a top floor one bedroom ..The actual room was very smelly with mold .The coffee table had no glass,There was no Garbage can in kitchen ,no coffee,and dogs roam freely on condo grounds ,pool deck etc....that doesn't even allow service dogs ..These are street dogs and no effort was being made to deter them .Though I have stayed here 5 times in the past ,the lack of upkeep have created a deceptive star ratings ..

Staff are friendly but had no hotel service experience. Housekeeping lacked hygyn factors. Towels stained and sheets were in some casses dirty and smelly. Room didn't have phone service so every time you needed something, you had to walk to the reception. The complex is mix residential and hotel guests. Any service you needed ( taxi, food, bar drinks ans etc) you had to pay cash in advance each time. This hotel is in need of an experienced manager to easily rectify the weaknesses and hopefully fix them.

...my main complaint about this place, the wifi connection was non-existent..you had to go to the Reception area for an internet connection...Many of the units are not very nice, they had to show me 3 or 4 before there was one I would accept...

Don't go there, waste of money.
I totally regret booking this hotel. I got huge discount for this hotel, but the cost performance of this hotel should be worst. - Problem in check-in. I saw others who also have problem in check-in. Can not communicate well because staffs have poor English. - The bath room smelt really badly and also it reached to bedroom, really uncomfortable. - The bedsheets or towels are sometimes dirty. - Because this located to roadside, terribly noisy at night and mid-night. I can't sleep well. - Poor wifi. Not only poor, it was restricted. It was worst experience ever I had. I can't believe that. You can also have terrible experience by booking this hotel, enjoy.

Close to Fishermans Village
Amazing place, pool, tennis courts, gym... and close to fishermans village. they also have a rental system for Motor bikes and they're top quality for around 400-500 baht a day. usually other places charge 300 baht a day and they're old motor bikes.

The room was great! Clean and roomy, and high security to the building and into the resort which was great, however you can't walk to the shops and restaurants, like fisherman's village. The pool is nice. There's a gym which is a bonus as most places don't have that, and a tennis court. It's great if you go with a group but not the best for a solo trip

Great for 1 night but maybe not more.
Came here to be close to moon party so didn't use the room very much. Sheets were a little dirty and bed not super comfortable but the pool area looked nice and the price wasn't bad. The front desk was helpful but also tried to hike rates for us on Taxis, etc, and wasn't super helpful for getting us non-foreigner rates like some other places.

Good value for money!
we decided to stay in fishermans village one more night before heading to Phuket but the area is really expensive hotel wise and then we found the Replay which is very good value for money considering the area. It's a little out and takes 15 minutes to walk into the centre but it's a very flat walk so pretty easy! The hotel has a lovely pool area and gym too. The hotel has a very odd vibe though that I can't put my finger on?! However the room was very clean, they provided pool towels and bathroom towels along with toiletries. The kitchen is an added bonus! The internet literally is non existent in your rooms but works well in reception and pool area. The TV was pretty dodgey working wise and the air con didnt really workmeither but for one night this hotel did the trick and I do reccomend it just down to the price. I Would say it's more a 3* than a 4* though!

Expensive breakfast spoilt our stay
Got a great deal on a very basic room with poor soud proofing. Expect no frills here. The attentive staff were great but our stay was spoilt by an expensive breakfast with limited choice.

Terrible experience at Replay
Awful experience staying at Replay. After one night of no wifi and very little electricity as it was going on and off, as well as being so far away from anything to do we decided to leave. I was given no refund for the extra 2 nights I paid for, which isn't out of the ordinary for Thai people but a modern place like Replay had me thinking otherwise. Nor was I given the slightest apology and still had to pay for the shuttle to the pier. Furthermore, the restaurant was absolutely horrific. Aside from one nice man the staff were incredibly rude and slow, taking at least 40 minutes both times we ate here. Overall despite decent rooms and a nice layout I would not recommend Replay, anyone could find a similar place with considerate and respectful staff in a much more convenient location.

Great quality accommodation
We got a bargain deal for about £12 a night which is fantastic for the quality of the room and facilities. The room was clean, bright with excellent wifi and facilities including kitchenette. The pool was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the free shuttle to Chaweng and the staff were helpful. The on site cafe could be cheaper and better but the hotel is close to Fisherman's Village with lots of eating options. Would definitely stay here again.

No sense beach with too much stones in the sea. Very bad wifi in rooms and on the 2sd day of our staying, there was none water présure in the bathroom. We talked to the staff but nobody had taken care of that.

Great for relaxing by the pool
We really enjoyed our stay at Replay. It was like we had our own condo. The pool was stunning with a pool bar if you wanted to have a drink. We were there on a Friday so it was only a 10 minute walk to Fishermans Village where there is lots of shopping and places to eat. I would love to go back and spend even longer there at Replay.

Nice, huge pool. Our room was very small and you took advantage of the kitchenette because the restaurant was awful and expensive. The beach was small, disgusting and dirtry. There are no tuks tuks there and you need to take a taxi to get anywhere. The wifi was so-so. We saw at least 3 couples arrive with their luggage, see a room, and then leave again with their bags, unsatisfied.
