Was booked on the main floor. All noise from people walking by, talking, pulling chairs etc on the outside was disturbing and loud all night long

I always stay at Quality Inn when in Knoxville. I did find the room not so clean as before, there was a bar of used soap in the shower, there were some stains on my bed sheets, but all in all I will still stay at this location.

The room we had, with our dog, we clean, bright and very comfortable. I hope all the rooms are like this one. Would definitely stay again on our travels through Tennessee.

Booked a non-smoking room and was put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the bedspread and office chair. The room was dirty and smelled awful. The water in the pool was green. We are not hard to please. When driving 10 hours one day then 10 hours the next you just want a clean room to sleep for 8 hours. We tried to last the night but woke up at midnight and left. The guy at reception was very nice.

Property is what you would expect for the price. Our stay was comfortable and we were fairly close to the TN basketball gymnasium. We experienced a problem at check-in between the property and Expedia. I had a confirmation from Expedia, but the hotel did not have a reservation on file for us. This was aggravating.

The night clerk was awesome. I cannot remember a time when I came across someone as friendly as this lady. I do not know what she gets paid, but I definitely would say that she deserves a raise or a bonus from her employers for the way that she makes you feel. She goes out of her way to make sure that everything is absolutely perfect for you.

Very nice lady at the front desk when we arrived. That's the ONLY good thing this place offers. Yes, i had a smoking room, which i paid the same amount as a regular room for and i sincerely doubt the regular rooms had broken lamp shades, a dirty bathtub and a ceiling that had so much water damage and what looked like "purple mold"? 3 hrs from home and after midnight... we were exhausted. We slept in our clothes and left first thing in the morning. Disgusting.

The floors were very dirty and sticky in the bathroom and entryway. Even the tub was dirty enough we didn’t dare step in it. The front desk host was very nice. The hotel was just run down overall.

Older hotel but fairly clean. Breakfast was very limited. Only waffles for hot food. Only plain bagels, no jam, peanut butter etc. Only one type of tea. Very little options.

Good place for the money
For the money a decent deal. Tiny TV of course, but had a microwave and fridge in room, along with a desk. Shower was very good, light over bathroom sink could have been brighter. 4 very soft pillows was a nice surprise. Could have used a blanket, none in the room. Good breakfast, not great. Waffle, cereal, plain Bagel.

Check in was ok but when we got to the room, we found several things wrong and damaged. Wall cracks, sink had cracks in the bottom, bug was killed on the wall and not cleaned off, refrigerator had water in it and shelf plastic cracked, tub wall around the spigot was cracked and when you pulled the lever to turn on the shower water came out of the crack. The breakfast was not a buffet as advertised just cold cereal and waffles. When advised of the conditions we were told that we better not smoke in the room since it wasn’t allowed. My wife advised her that we didn’t smoke. The one thing that was good was the bed. It was comfortable. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Mediocre at best. Underneath the bed and couch was filthy (old food, not just dust). It's only three floors, so the elevator isn't super necessary, but the elevator was in terrible shape (I used it once to get to the ice machine, the ground floor one was broken). Definitely felt overpriced for the state of the property.
