Had no clean towels my whole stay, my family and I had to switch rooms due to no cable in room, gave both of us a handicapped room. Desk clerk told me to return towels, and get fresh ones, never happen the whole time I was staying. My brother had to clean his own room just to move in quickly, no type of housecleaning staff. Manager at front desk was very rude, didn’t try to help in any type of way. Front desk clerk was very short with us, when only we was asking for the simple things for our room. My and my sister room had garbage built up, odor in room, due to front desk manager told us, they only clean once a week, and since I am only staying a short time, our rooms will not be clean at all. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE, AND WILL NOT BE USING TRAVELOCITY TO BOOK ANY FLIGHTS OR HOTELS ROOMS IN THE FUTURE. VERY VERY, UNHAPPY AND DISSAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL, AND HOTEL SERVICE, AND STAFF. Ps, the ice maker in my room wasn’t working, and the air condition in my sister’s room was making a lot of noise, and again mention it to the front desk manager, which she brush us off, to tend to other guest that was staying longer then us.
