Was lovely on the whole. For a nice hotel would have been nice to have robes in the bedroom, and filter coffee. The bar area was understaffed and overpriced for bar food and coffees. position of hotel was lovely deco lovely main restaurant was fairly priced and good food.

The hotel is wonderful and had my wedding there 18months prior. The receptionist was quite rude and blunt. Which is disappointing as all of the other staff we have dealt with on previous stays were wonderful

It was in a very attractive setting and we had a very nice room with a magnificent sea-view. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and were served potatoes that had been left in warm water and strewed greens, It is so disappointing when vegetables were not prepared freshly with the rest of the food. We decided not to eat dinner in the restaurant on the 2 other nights.

Good location …on the sea front.. Decor excellent inside and out. Clean room & throughout hotel Rooms lovely with all that’s needed for a comfortable stay . Good food with good choice menu . Friendly staff & ease of parking in free carpark Excellent stay .

On the promenade, super place, been many times. Downside, restaurant has no view, even though called Coast! Bedrooms great, pool and jacuzzi excellent. Can’t wait for next time.

Very nice lobby, greeted by friendly staff. Was upgraded to the salcombe Suite which was lovely and a real surprise. Would stay again the only Niggles would be the aircon doesn’t really work so the room was incredibly stuffy and the need to leave a £50 damages deposit isn’t communicated prior to booking.

Only stayed very briefly ahead of an early start for the Shuttle, but would definitely come back if we were travelling by Shuttle again. I imagine in summer the hotel is lovely as it’s right on the sea front. Common areas were not the cleanest but the room was fine especially for the price we paid.

We arrived at the hotel at 12:30 and although check in is not meant to be until 4 there is a sign saying if the room is ready early you can have it, luckily for us ours was so we took full advantage, the room we had was modern, clean and well equipped, I unfortunately managed to break the blinds in the bathroom and then forgot to mention it the next morning before we went for a 10 mile walk but when we returned the cleaner had been in cleaned the room and had the blind repaired (in most hotels you have a bit of a battle to get things repaired so I was very impressed with this services especially as I had not mentioned it) Overall this is a lovely hotel in a nice relaxed area, if you area looking for a hotel to get away and chill I would highly recommend booking

A very nice hotel ,with very nice rooms at a reasonable rate, we ate in the coast restaurant which was good ,they offer fine dining food all nice ,breakfast was buffet style with planty to choose from hot and cold and the staff excellent, very nice keeping buffet stations all clean and topped up clearing tables efficiently ...... the gardens behind the hotel are pleasant and quite to sit wander round at the front a vast pebble beach ,plenty of parking spaces happy all round

We only stayed one night but we had a very nice room with views of the golf course and the sea Very clean and quiet . We used the swimming pool and spar excellent facilities Used the bar but not the restaurant on this occasion Overall an excellent experience Would recommend this hotel

What a hidden gem and amazing place to stay at super friendly staff couldn’t have asked for anything more, and the Burger in the bar was amazing, the champagne bar was out of this world, and the Barnan made some amazing cocktails as well, just blown away by this place

Hotel was absolutely lovely, from the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we was upgraded to a sea view room which was lovely. The room was spacious, clean, soundproof and beautiful. The whole hotel was very clean and well cared for, only area that could of used a clean was the pool/spa area but nothing that stopped us comfortably using the facilities. Towels provided to you as you enter the pool/spa area and staff again lovely. Breakfast was lovely and the young girl who showed us to our table was great and explained how everything worked and if we needed anything just to ask. Will definitely be returning :) thank you

Stayed for a night, good customer service, clean and comfy room but small however the spa facility could be better, looks smaller than what shows in the pictures. swimming pool area is on the cold side, Sauna is super tiny can fit two people. The hotel itself look in great condition however the carpets in the corridors are dirty and smelly. Breakfast is poor, they have one type of cheap cheese, very limited fruits and bread selection, one star hotel breakfast.

Need more lighting as you come in door by wardrobe.Nice cosy room , huge bed could not sit on end of bed ( short person ) . Breakfast was excellent.Orange juice wasn’t very nice. Dinner we had in bar , needs to be more choice to eat in restaurant, rather expensive. As the only hotel in the area and lack of anything around it really to do probably best for older people.
