Horrible customer service from evening/overnight employee. If I was running the place she would have been fired last week. Side entrances around 12am were open without key access if safety is your priority. Room was clean (bed/restroom) but floors were dirty. The morning employee made up for it and was very polite. Noticed that A/C wasn’t the coldest but experienced another room from a family member and it was colder. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

Property was very rundown and dated. Shower head need to be cleaned, sheets were ratty and cigarette burned, shower curtains were stained. Sheets seemed clean, but the overall place was quote gross. Definitely will not stay here again.

Great last minute pit stop after a long day of sight seeing (2024 Eclipse) breakfast was disappointing but overall a wonderful place for a great night’s sleep.

We are finishing up a 7 day trip in Texas. We split our time between Houston and San Antonio. I wish I had looked up this property prior to booking the hotels we stayed at. Comfort and space alone, this place is so much better already. Highly recommend it!

Our stay was really good! The only issue I had was with the keys. I had to change them twice because they didn’t work after the 1st time we used them. But everything else was good!

This property was rated a 8.6 on expedia but it was dirty. Stains all over the carpets. No water pressure in shower, water was just barely hot. Desk clerk at check in was not friendly. There was supposed to be breakfast but the only thing they had was yogurt. Hotel looked old and run down.

The concierge upon arriving was extremely rude especially in front of my kid, and the remote to the tv looked as if it had never been cleaned since bought for the hotel, had dried up food etc in the crevices I refused to touch it. Shower was dirty, fitness room was hot.

I liked the fact that the room was a nice size. I did like that there were dingy towels with a hint of permanent brown staining provided, seeming as though they were old towels. I have always been given throughouly clean/white towels at many other hotels. Also, I was not aware of the $100.00 deposit upon booking my stay through Expedia.

We left to go get something and when we returned at around nine am the staff had cleaned out our room and took our items out and left them at the front desk. It was not even time to check out and we left a do not disturb sign on our room. A very horrible experience especially since we were planning to stay another day or two.

The sleeping pillows were not proper and we asked for extra. They didn’t give it. The room was very dark, not proper lighting. And it smelled. We left a day early because it was uncomfortable.

Made a complaint 2 nights of the stay about strangers knocking on my door early in the morning (5am Thursday 30th of November) and covering my peephole. The lady working the front desk hung up on me because I was upset about it and did not feel safe. I went down at 6am and talked to some other patrons who had the same problem and told the lady I was going to talk to the manager and would like a refund because of the way she handled the situation. I was going to have them check the cameras to find out who was causing the problems. The lady called the police to have me removed before I could talk to her manager to protect her inability to handle a safety/security concern of a customer. I work as an Azure Cloud Engineer for a prominent company here in Houston and at 54 have never been asked to leave a hotel. However, I did get a refund but I think I should have been refunded for the entire stay. Want to feel safe and secure, do not stay here.

Great stay. We were in town for a horse show at Great Southwestern Arena and it was convenient and less expensive than the host hotel, that was no closer. Room was clean and maid service was daily. Nice room with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town.
