There are so many homeless people that will steal
I travel a lot. This hotel was a special kind of garbage. In December it is cold outside. I booked this hotel because it says it has a 24 hr front desk. There is a piece of paper taped to the front door with a phone number on it. You call and a guy comes down the steps in his pajamas and tells you to go around to the boarded up side door accessed through the landscaping in the dark. Before allowing entrance to the hotel (outside in the cold!) you must verbally agree to a $100 deposit. Once inside he demands that it be cash. I say I don't carry that much cash. He motions to a cash machine behind me. So strange.....Every other hotel takes a credit card. The room seems clean on the surface. But permanent stains adorn almost all the surfaces - counter tops, bath tubs, carpets, walls, etc. The in room furnace is loud and walls are thin. In the morning (830 am!!) I step outside the lobby to my car before returning to the front desk to check out as there was no one there. I had the room key on the counter. The FRONT double glass doors of the hotel LOCK you out in the cold with no permanent attendant at the desk!!! After waiting and knocking repeatedly staff come & doors are opened. When I'm shocked that the main entry doors are locked in the daytime they reply that there are - and I quote - "so many homeless people that will steal the things out of your room" so they lock the doors. The Hotels.com description says it's pet friendly. It is not. No breakfast.

First, They didn't have our reservation - but gave us the last two rooms ( or so they said). No towels in one room , Tv didn't work but they did fix it , bathroom dirty - I'm guessing it hasn't been cleaned. The good thing was the manager fixed all our problems promptly - but the property needs help

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and nice. You do have a $100 deposit which I recommend paying in cash so you get it as soon as you check out. Room was clean with no issues. Close to many restaurants and things. Easy to find and easy on/off the highway.

The owner lied about my booking and tried to charge me more, even though I pulled up my booking. Also no guests are allowed other than who rents the room. May be a front because the hotel was almost empty and he didn't seem to mind losing business.

We came for a 3 night stay for a football game. We had 4 rooms booked on Hotel.com but when we came to check in we were told the computer system was down so they gave us a room. The second room booked in my group didn’t get to the motel till 3am and they were told they could not find their reservation even after showing them the hotel.com confirmation so my friends left and went to another motel. My family had 2 rooms reserved and had a confirmation and they had no record of them either! When my family came in town they made a new reservation for them and they stayed. The beds were comfortable and the heat and a/c worked fine in our rooms! The photos on the website for this motel is not correct being it shows rooms with kitchenettes and our room had no microwave,fridge or coffee maker or hair dryer! The location to the stadium was convenient!

Crack heads were hanging out outside. We got our room keys and the room was filthy beds not made. Food everywhere. It took them 2 hours to get us new room keys. When we got into our new room the TV did not work. The bathroom mirror was ripped off of the wall. The safe looked like someone tried to take a blow torch to it

Honestly, this was a last minute choice cause it was cheap. The staff gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned yet and then later in the day almost got into a fight with one of the guests. No hot water for the showers, the ac isn’t that good sometimes it smells really bad. Only decent thing about this place is the bed and pillows. I just wish I could take a hot shower.

Horrible place!
My son got sick while staying there, the air quality was AWFUL in the room and it was hard to breathe. He had to miss more school because of his fever and just had no energy.

Avoid at all costs
The entire hotel smelled terrible, a mix of smoke, mold, and chemicals, if i were to guess. Bathroom was filthy. Sheets were clean, and bed was ok. Had terrible getting the tv remote to work. The outside doors require a room key to unlock, but the latch was broken, so you could just pull it open anyways. I don't know if they offered a breakfast, but there's no way I'd touch any food prepared here.

We booked a nonsmoking room. The room reeked of smoke. We talked to front reception, the only thing they did was give us a scented spray say that there is nothing they can do. And the hallway leading up to our roomed smelled of musty

They check in was horrible, they gave me a room that had someone already in there and we walked into a room with a naked person. Then the receptionist asked me, “why are they in your room, If that room is yours”. They finally gave me another room which had cockroaches, the bathroom broken, just over all bad experience, I asked for my refund as obviously I didn’t stay for the two nights, I originally had booked, and the hotel denied it. If I could rate this negative numbers I would. DO NOT STAY HERE. Not worth the time and money, and hotel is filthy. Might be better off sleeping on your car.

Where do we start killing cockroachs in the room and in the bed. Gross that is just not goid service and yes wedid tell the front desk about tbem and wastold they are in e ery room. Are you kidding me. And thefree breakfast no thank you that was just nasty and gross. Do not stay at this establishment they do not care about tbe hotel or the customers, that is very clear. We will never stay here again.

We arrived late after a concert. When we got to our room, there were no towels. We called the front desk numerous times to ask No one answered. We went to bed. Called in the morning numerous times, no answer. Went out to find someone to ask for towels, found an employee who didn't speak English and did not help. Was offered towels at checkout. Too late.

They do not have breakfast and the pool is closed due to covid. They do not have extra pillows. Bed are extremely hard. Room was dirty when we checked. The door got stuck every time you closed it so it was hard to open from inside the room.

Our one night stay was was OK considering the $68 rate. There was no chair in the room despite the room having a desk, go figure? The bathroom floor was not cleaned, hair was on the floor. The carpet needed vacuuming. The room had a bed and shower.

I booked my room at the Countryside Suites through Hotels.com for the weekend of the Ed Sheeran concert at Arrowhead. I booked a single king sized bed room. The pictures on the Hotels.com app didn't make the rooms look great but they didn't look terrible either. We arrived well after the 3:00pm check in time, around 4:30pm and were given room 220. After going to my room to find that it was a single full sized bed, maybe a small queen size, I immediately went back to the front desk to get it corrected and was told that a room was not immediately available and to come back after 6 to get the room that I booked, the front desk said they'd give me the best room they had. But based on the condition of the original room, stained carpet, someone else's hair in the shower, lights not working properly, toilet running constantly, sink not draining, weird smell mixed with cigarettes and to pile on that, the pool was covered up, in the beginning of August. We were so disappointed at the original room we decided to throw our bags back in the car and we were going to leave after our Uber ride back to the hotel, we looked in the room to check to make sure nothing was left behind and handed the key card back to the front desk where I told them about our "stay" and that we'd rather drive nearly 4 hours back home than to stay in their hotel whereupon I would contact Hotels.com to get a refund. After a chat with them, their only offer to make it right was a $25 voucher toward future services👎

The room appeared to be clean the sheets we examined for bed bugs that was ok. But, the had white stains on the chair yuck. The toilet was clogged as soon as we entered the room and as we was leaving we say a roach. Yuck. There was no fridge and no microwave. The outside appearance is AWFUL screams roach infested. They need to remodel it sooooo bad. I was trying to add a photo of the roach but it didn't let me.

Hour to check in after arriving to a locked facility with sign on door to call a number that noone would answer. Several other people sitting in cars also trying to figure out what to do. Finally get someone on phone had to wait longer till they gotthry opened the doors. Then had to wait while they checked everyone in. Get to the room and it was absolutely disgusting. Bathroom was gross, linens were filthy, pillows stank, floor was loaded with dirt, bed was worse than anything I had tried to sleep on at any other hotel in the country. Do Not Stay Here! Not even if they give you a free room.
