This hotel is very run down. Rooms are dirty, walls and ceiling are stained. No one staying at checkin counter.

The bed was comfy, but there was a blood stain on the sheets that was discovered in the morning. It could have been much cleaner overall. There was just a lot of wear and tear. We won’t be staying there again.

The hotel is clearly 2 star and no more. However, I am sure this review will not be seen by anyone. I submitted it before and am not seeing it. I had booked twice by mistake and was charged for both bookings. Not a chance I would get money back. Though only one receipt was issued. Dishonest. Management should be ashamed.

From what the website picture provides to personal shows umm a lot of difference. The towel regulation is not okay the mold ceiling is concerning within the whole room plus the whole building. The bathroom is the most concerning.

This hotel is deplorable, I have never seen anything like it, it was disgusting, the room was beyond terrible, just nasty, no shower curtain or towels or soap in the bathroom, toilet barely flushed, mold in shower, no wi-fi available, couldn't get cell reception except for outside, could push the door open without the key, elevator broken, advertised indoor pool well it had no water in it, it was full of boxes and misc. Couldn't go on outside deck because it was falling apart. It was unsafe with not so respectable people hanging around, needless to say my daughter and I left shortly after arrival and went to a different hotel. The advertising is so inaccurate, it is nothing like the pictures and description, it needs to be removed from all the hotel booking sites. I will fight this for a full refund and repayment for the hotel we had to book after leaving. It was definitely unsafe for 2 women to be there. I was scared.

DONT STAY HERE
Used wash cloth in the shower and a used bar of soap, ants in the sink. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN! Hallways hadn’t seen a vacuum in probably a month, ice machine and elevator out of order. Terrible stay!

The staff was nice but the hotel itself was not. There were broken windows, missing parts to the sidewalks, and our room was supplied with one towel but no comforter on the bed.

Staff was amazing, especially Kathy. She went above and beyond to ensure I had the room I needed on ground floor. The room itself was super clean, fresh smelling and good quality! Bed comfortable, linens and pillows clean and soft. I felt safe there.

Frond desk attendant busy caring for her baby, computer systems down, room assigned was already occupied, horrible pot smell, very dirty and… absolutely could not and would not stay here. I would rather sleep out in the car. Almost $140 for something I wouldn’t stay at for free.

I'll start from checking in it took a half hour to get checked in the king bedroom suite had three pillows on the bed of one which had blood stains on it. There was hair in the shower. They have an ice machine in the main lobby but there is no ice bucket or cups in your room. The room was booked for two people but there was one set of towels. We tried multiple times to call the front desk but to no avail we could get no morning wake up call or even an answer at the desk for that matter at every hour of the night we tried to call. We were woke up at 5:00 in the morning by dogs barking in the hallway. They have a breakfast room that serves no breakfast. Two of the main doors to the hotel have been shot out by BB's. It was a horrible experience and this is the kind of place that makes you feel like you should take your clothes off before you come home.

The bathroom in room 323 is horrible. Pl us there was smell of marijuana on that floor. Also the place needs a thorough cleaning. The are filthy and needs to be vacuumed.

The sheets and pillowcases had make on them. They were not even cleaned from the previous guests. The towels int the bathrooms were also not cleaned. They simple made the bed, folded the towels and used it from the last guest. Disgusting. There was also some slime on the sink. There were several things in the room that were broken or removed from the wall and never repaired. The back door was supposed to lock but the lock was broken. We didn't even stay, we left the property and drove home late at night because we were so disgusted.

The building and grounds have not been kept up at all. The only reason we even considered staying there was the unavailable hotels closer to the airport because of a Taylor Swift concert !

While the staff was friendly and our beds and rooms were ok, this place needs a lot of work. Our tv and remote didn’t work, there isn’t a coffee pot or any cups nor shampoo, conditioner, hangers, limited towels, lamps don’t work, no blankets, missing a dial to control temperature and the ice machine on the second floor doesn’t work.

I couldn't be more happier with the staff!! I showed up and of course choice over booked them, so they had a room that was down for maintenance, they offered it to me, me knowing and have worked in the business and knowing what ot was like having overbooked with Taylor swift being in town i was happy with it. All thatvwas wrong was it was recently painted, refrigerator was put in backwards so u couldnt open the door and the floor was new. Gave it to me with discount. They wished everyone was as easy to work with than me and i said the same to them!!

Won't be back.
Only hot water in the shower. My daughter got scalded. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. The workout room, pool and breakfast area all closed. We paid full price for nothing more than a room. The people were good, but the services advertised were not there.

This was the dirtiest most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at. Smelt like dog urine and smoke. Hair up and down all the hallways and stairwells. Shower had so much paint peeling it couldn’t drain. One sheet on the bed with no blanket. Staff had no idea how to provide a blanket. Staff had a baby on site while checking in. Took 45 minutes to get that done. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

The only good thing I can say about this place was the people who checked me in. The first room I went to was not cleaned at all. The second room was I thought clean but the first bed I pull back the comforter and it was full of hair. The second bed was clean( I think). When I went to shower in the morning the bathtub hadn’t been cleaned, so I washed it out and jumped in. When I finished I noticed that their were no towels. So I dried myself of with a tee shirt of mine. I booked this location because it had a 7 star review well let me tell you that’s a lie. The only reason I spent the night was because of my exhaustion from driving all day. Avoid avoid avoid!

Dont go by pictures.
Front desk looked very nice. However, room was not. Shower had stuck on dirt. Only two towels for 4 people in room. Very dinky pillows. They were accommodating on keeping the same room for the next day. Went to get towels only got two. One bed only had one blanket. When asked for another blanket, we were given a sheet. The checkin lady was very nice.

Disappointing visit overall!
We arrived to the room and were overwhelmed by the smell of smoke. The room was mostly clean but there were not enough towels or washcloths in the bathroom. I also had to ask for toilet paper. The next morning we realized one of the beds did not even have a comforter on it, just a thin decorative liner. Not comfortable at all! Very disappointed with this hotel stay.

Our first room we went to was not cleaned/prepped for us so we went and received a second room. The second room was prepared and the beds were made but it was filthy. There were hairballs on the ground and we found one in the bed, the beds were COVERED in what looked like dog hair, the TV box was dangling under the TV, the mirrors were dirty, and there was PUBIC HAIR IN THE BATHTUB. We also found two spiders in the bathroom which was displeasing. We were very upset especially since we have two children. We did not even think about taking showers because of how unsanitary it was.

It was like the cleaning person did the bare minimum. The bed was clean and made but, there was only 1 washcloth, toilet paper was empty, Kleenex empty. Tub was peeling and floor dirty. Advertised breakfast , pool and hot-tub but all were under construction. When I pay for hotel I consider that breakfast is included bit, it was not.
