Hotel is pretty new, nice and clean. Staff were nice. Bar and restaurant on site, food was pretty good. Definitely will stay here again

TV would not work properly in TV was not able to connect to the internet to receive shows, guide, extra stations which were advertised. Need to remember to ask not to be put at the end of a long hall - seems to always have trouble connecting to internet on my phone. But every one was extremely nice and couldn't be more accommodating regarding everything but what they could not control.

The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The wii connection did not work as instructed, but did after consulting the stall the next morning. On the night of arrival and the wii not working, a call to the desk using all the published phone numbers went un answered. This occurred about 8 pm. Everything was corrected the next morning, but what "otel" business doesn't man the desk at 8 pm? Otherwise it was a nice stay..

Friendly! Front desk and housekeeping went out of their way to make sure i had everything needed. I wont stay anywhere else but Hilton Garden Inn. My favorite Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

We were visiting family that live there. It started out with the front desk person arguing on whether my hotel was paid for. After showing the receipt and credit card multiple times, they attempted to charge with card on file AGAIN for $800 dollars. My credit card then cancelled my card thinking it was fraud. It did get worked out, however it was me that worked it, no effort on their part. The weekend staff was rude and condescending. I asked if my room can be cleaned since it was 2 days of grandkids in and out of it. I was told they don't have cleaners because they are short staffed and then asked if I could just pick up the trash and they would give me towels. The manager did attempt to resolve issues by apologizing. it's way to long to explain. The day I was leaving there was a new person whom hadn't been there all weekend. She asked me if I was checking out because it was 11am. I explained I had worked out a late check out the previous day with staff. Then I said, WAIT you know nothing about it. She said it was no problem and she would advise the cleaning staff. I passively aggressive remarked "Oh wait you have cleaning staff?" I walked away and then came back to apologize for my statement. She asked me what had happened. She listened very well. I explained we had a large group of people and everything that had happened. She told me she was the General Manager. I was very impressed with her. I felt like this isn't how this hotel is typically run but I felt like she was is

Apparently construction was going on and early in the morning there was drilling and hammering which was very disturbing when trying to sleep. Was disappointed since wanted to rest a little later in the morning.

The problem was we were given a room with broken automatic window blinds which didn’t work. Also had to replace the coffee maker. We stayed a 2nd night. I was told at the front desk all the rooms were booked and wasn’t able to use Expedia had to use front desk to make the reservation. Cost an extra $50 for the stay. Never stay at a Hilton Hotel again. Over Rated.

When it rains there is no cable according to the front desk. Smelled moldy in the hallways. Fans in the hallways running day and all night. Irritating!

1st thing Due to an error with expedias payment to the hotel when I arrived after 15 hours of driving I had to call Expedia and ask them to fix the payment error. My payment to Expedia went through but Expedia’s payment did not. Took over 30 min to rectify. Then we go to the room and there is urine and hair on the toilet. We also find a ball on the floor. We call the front desk and they argue with us that the room was cleaned. They had no housekeeping so they had to give us a new room. No problem. Room was nice and clean. Very comfortable. So through Expedia I paid for breakfast it was $10 extra when booking. We went to get breakfast and the hotel said it wasn’t included. It was $14.95 per person. So that was a huge waste of money. Overall it’s a ok hotel but Expedia was a huge problem. I have been using Expedia since the beginning but I may bail due to so many issues. I tried to get my money back for breakfast I prepaid for but they argued with me too.

A Bit Disappointing
Location was fine for our purposes. However, the building was in need of maintenance. One of the two elevators was "Out of Service." The faucet in the lavatory made a terribly loud noise when used. No bath towels were supplied in the room. The door to the restroom squeaked quite loudly. The breakfast was good - standard fare for hotels.

MOLD!!!
Checked into hotel, unpacked, got settled in room 317 which had a huge mold stain in the ceiling! Complained to front desk, Sara changed our room to 311. Had to re-pack everything and move to the different room. One would think when the room was cleaned and put in rotation for service the cleaning people should have noticed the mold!!!
