The property was under construction, which was not advertised. Construction workers were on various floors of the property, even though construction was not being done on those floors. The rooms, even though recently remodeled, had furniture and decorations that were in poor condition and appeared to be unclean. The area surrounding the hotel has an old abandoned commercial property, and as a single female, I did not feel safe staying there alone.

We booked the room because happy hour and appetizers were advertised. There definitely was no such thing. However, the room was gorgeous and great for the price. Just wish there was actually a bar. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for extended stays! Our room had a full size kitchen and a separate bedroom. It was gorgeous. Staff was not the most friendly, but those things could b overlooked.

Really disappointed with the Staybridge
Hotel being remodeled & crew was hammering loudly in the room next to ours and debris everywhere. The eggs at the free morning breakfast were cold & we wound up going to a Resturant to buy a good breakfast

The room was clean, but the air-conditioning never turned on. I called the front desk and they offered to change my room and the room and they change to didn’t have a/c either.

Nice but in middle of remodel
The stay was very nice for the most part. The staff were very friendly. There was a lot of remodeling going on while we were there, so there was a lot of furniture, refrigerators, and so forth in the hallways along with bags of spackling/grout. I'm not sure about other floors, but that is the way it was on the third floor. Otherwise, a nice stay.

For a hotel that bills themselves as a dfw airport north hotel to not have a airport shuttle that runs before 7am is kinda laughable. The doors in the 2 bedroom don't even shut all the way. Staff was nice

Very nice when entering the hotel. But it did have a unpleasant smell not welcoming. The elevator button did not work properly. Hallways were clean but needed some type of air freshener. My room upon opening the door was nice but again had a very stale Oder had to go buy air freshener. Was not clean mirrors dirty, coffee table broken leg, we had a kitchen and the cabinets were so high I could not reach to get dishes, the bathtub did not have a plug to take a bath. Lighting was very poor. But it was a nice size 1 bedroom. They served a nice breakfast and also wine in evenings which was nice. The staff was pleasant and always greeted with a smile and small conversation. Very nice. The location was perfect close to mall, food, freeway and shopping. They did have a sign up stating renovations. I would have preferred a updated room I hope the one I stayed in wasn't it.

I liked the size of the room and that the sink is outside of the restroom and shower area. I appreciateed the flat rate dog fee. There was some construction. The elevator went out and then fixed, good thing because I was on the third floor. That stressed me out because I don't do stairs.

Really liked the bar counter set up in the kitchen area of the room. The couch was very worn out and sunk in, but we still liked the whole set up. Looked like they had some construction going on, maybe they are updating. But we did enjoy our stay.
