This hotel was perfect for our anniversary trip. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and super quiet. The indoor pool area looked nice but we did not use it during our stay.

Friendly staff, everything was clean, pool was a favorite for the kids, breakfast was excellent! The Amish Lady was super nice and helpful at breakfast! Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom bath and sink was clog the water the water weren’t running out from the bath all the use water was on the bath The room key wasn’t working unfortunately not a good experience

Very nice hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast. Hotel staff was super nice. Only negative was the bed. Very sunken in which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep.

Everything was great. The front desk was amazing; answered every question, offered assistance & even called us because we left an item behind. Kids loved the pool, corn hole and basketball facilities available.

This is a great little hotel. Very clean. Cute lobby with sundries. Spa attached. Custom coffee available in lobby. Super free continental breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub area open late. Highly recommend if you are staying in the greater Lancaster area.

Always a pleasure staying here. The kids love the gigantic, heated pool and comfy beds. It’s a shame that their restaurant closed down, the food was delicious. Hopefully they’ll revisit this idea in the future. If you ever find yourself in Lancaster county, you’ve got to stay here.

Great hotel! The front desk staff is very professional and kind and allowed us to check in early due to bad weather. The rooms are clean and spacious and comfy beds! We enjoyed the indoor pool last night, relaxed in the lobby with hot tea and watched football. This morning we will enjoy the free breakfast they offer. Will definitely stay here again!

Superior Hotel
Excellent hotel staff! Everyone from the front desk, to the dinning room staff and the maids were exceptional! Breakfast included which was much better than the average offerings. The hotel has a fire pit, basketball half court and pool. The location is within walking distance to Country Kettle Kitchen and other shops, café and restaurants. If you like an adult beverage, bring your own as the hotel and town don't offer alcohol. Which is probably why it's sooo nice!!!

Old property, very dark room with a tiny window and old furniture. Breakfast is nothing special - just like any other included breakfast. Carpet in hallways is either very dirty or very worn. Very pleasant staff, quiet, great area. Overall, not sure why all this excitement about the property.

The chlorine levels in the pool were exorbitent. My son became ill and threw up. We all have rashes. Multiple people complained to the front desk that their bathing suits got bleached. Three long showers later and we all stink of chlorine. Will never stay here again.
