Weekend trip with friends
For a long overdue trip with friends we chose Ryanns Ibiza Appartmenfs , walking distance to the beach/restaurants/shops..great central location Overall a very good experience, spacious appartment (3 bedroom) ,good beds and very helpfull and friendly staff.

Really nice lively hotel, Super friendly staff, Ryan’s pub serves good food and drinks at reasonable prices, hotel rooms are very nicely decorated with really good blackout curtains, housekeeping change the bins and towels every 2 days and bed linen every 4 days, you can get a towel for the pool from reception for a €10 deposit, all in all had a fantastic week in a lovely hotel, just be wary the slopes around the hotel are extremely slippery when wet.

The room was very small and dirty. The pictures look much larger. The "pull out bed" is a joke. Our bunk beds had termites and the front desk did not care. Worst accommodations I have ever had. They do not clean the room or provide fresh towels/linens. The front desk is rude and not helpful. Pool area and bar is ok. The bar is a bit expensive for the quality. No towels for pool! 12 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

Hotel prices in Ibiza are quite expensive and this hotel was reasonable. However, the rooms were very spartan and simple. Similar to a dorm room in college. This is a party hotel and primarily occupied by young adults with a DJ at the small pool until late hours. It was within walking distance to nearby beaches and restaurants. The A/C struggled to keep rooms cool. Overall satisfactory for our stay.

Erg vriendelijk personeel aan de balie. Kamers schoonmaken kan veel grondiger onder de bedden bijvoorbeeld, dweilen badkamer. Dekens veel te dun en matrass zou fijn zijn als er een topper op ligt waardoor je die spiralen niet voelt. De pub ging steeds vroeger dicht😁 Verder een fijn hotel, centraal gelegen.

Séjour agréable
L’hôtel est bien situé pas très loin du centre en voiture. A proximité d’une petite plage. Les appartements sont propres très assez spacieux. Et le personnel est agréable

Le personnel est très gentil et très agréable ( en Particulier le personnel du bar). musique est bonne ambiance. Les appartements sont confortables. Un petit peu loin du centre-ville.

Good location and comfortable enough stay. The condition of the room was fine, though some items were damaged and it could have been cleaner. The internet did not always work, it took 2 days to fix, which was very inconvenient. Very friendly staff.

Très bon emplacement, proche des plages et de la ville. Supermarché à 1 minute à pied. La chambre été très propre. L’hôtel est relativement calme, on s’attendait à bien plus de bruit. Je recommande sans hésiter

er dirty room
Hello , The flat was very But very dirty! They said that they cleaned but was disgusting! You could see that nobody wash the floor , and after was very cold in the room and we asked for a hitting and the girl from reception said that we need to pay extra for this!!! We found a very sad hotel!! People from reception and the hotel very sad and dirty!

Nous etions 4 pour un f2.Il n y avait pas de couvertures et la clim etait difficilement modifiable du coup nous avons eu froid malgré la chaleur. Le canapé-lit etait inconfortable et le ménage n a jamais été fait

Prima accomodatie, was schoon toen we aankwamen. Alleen het bestek en het servies was wel vies en kleverig. Handdoeken zouden elke 2 dagen verschoond worden en de appartementschoonmaak zou elke 4 dagen plaatsvinden. De handdoeken hebben we slechts 1x op tijd gekregen, de andere 3 keer zelf moeten halen, De appartementschoonmaak was wel die ene keer na 4 dagen. 1x in de 4 dagen is wel weinig. Verder kwam iemand nog 4 nachten extra in ons appartement erbij, dat heb ik bij mijn eigen aankomst aangegeven, op de dag van aankomst van diegene ook nog een keer, alsnog waren het beddengoed en de handdoeken niet geregeld. Maar verder een fijn appartement, veel Engelsen en veel geluid en levendigheid, maar geen last van gehad. De appartementen zijn goed geisoleerd.

Property location was very good but air conditioning was not working in whole hotel. I contacted receptionist twice and they said they won’t be able to fix it till next day morning before our check out. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep whole night. Overall, it was terrible experience.

I liked the pub, location, and sea view. I didn’t like that we had to push 2 twin beds together for my husband and I to have 1 bed. I also didn’t like that the house keeping services didn’t come for 2 of the days we were there. Thought that was strange.

Ottimo hotel per una vacanza a Ibiza sesso, droga e rock’ n roll, infatti c'è la musica a bordo piscina (con bar annesso) tutto il giorno (la house che fa pamparapampanpampampampam) e diciamo che è tutto abbastanza concesso, non si lamenta nessuno se fai casino anche a notte fonda (che poi a Ibiza è sera presto!); ottima pulizia, stanze grandi, personale preso bene; unica pecca è che eravamo circondati da inglesi che si fecevano di baloon (per i meno studiati respirano azoto da dei palloncini), ed è una cosa gran rumorosa tra il gas che viene sparato dentro al palloncino, palloncini che a volte inevitabilmente scoppiano, ricariche di azoto di metallo che vagano (anche cadendo) per il terrazzo, perchè a quanto pare va di moda spargerle ovunque!!! Comunque abbiamo sopperito al rumore del baloon facendo cleptone su terrazzo. Se non avete capito nulla o quasi della mia recensione vuol dire che a Ibiza allora mi sono divertito... qualche neurone mi è partito! Holàààààààà

the hotel is super disgusting, majority of the people that say here are in their 20’s; therefor all they do is yell. The room was dirty, it smelled so bad and there was mold in the shower. The rooms here do not get cleaned everyday therefor you have to be ok with using the same towels and sleeping in a dirty room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, this was the top worst hotel I have ever stay at.

Budget friendly apartments
Ryan’s has and is one of the great budget finds for Ibiza. I’ve stayed at the apartments twice now over 3 years. The place is starting to show a bit of wear as it is a lads/lass’ group kind of place. Also the cleaning was less than stellar this time when we arrived. Still all nothing overall bad that would make you not want to stay here but they have some room for improvements.
